I called on a Saturday morning because my AC stopped working. They said that they were booked and scheduled for Tuesday. They called me Saturday early afternoon and said they were able to do the repair today. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and repaired the AC in less than 30 minutes. I couldn't ask for better service. I would recommend Art Douglas Plumbing & heating to everyone. Don't call anyone else CALL ART DOUGLAS!

Don’t believe the hype They’re joke they don’t follow instructions they were supposed to be here at 3-5 and supposed to call before they arrived. The guy shows up at 1:59 rings my ring doorbell I was putting my dogs in there kennel So I go answer the door he’s gone So I called the company to tell him to come back and they said they’re not coming back too reschedule it which I told them that my appointment was from 3-5 and that they were supposed to call ahead of time so I can put my dogs away So don’t use them.Find another AC place that holds to there words

Lady who answered the phone was condescending.

We had roots come up from beneath the foundation and into/down the flange/drain pipe, thus clogging it, plus the wax seal needed replaced and toilet reset/resealed
