I had Robert come over and look at my situation. He was very professional and experienced. He explained to me in great detail that I would need a leak detection to figure out where it was under my concrete. On his way out. I asked him hey, what can I do until two days from now when I can get a leak detector here. He explained to me that I can shut off my valve to the house, connect the hose from my neighbors house with a washing machine hose with two female ends and hook it to the Spicket. That will give me water to my house. I thought that was genius. Thanks, Robert.
Now to ask my neighbors, hope they say yes

Referral from a close friend; she maybe embarrassed now.... Definitely get a second opinion! This guy shows up with his son that’s fine; but don’t show up acting like you don’t have time to do the work or act like you have no idea what was discussed prior to you coming over and only spend a total of 10 mins... I asked when the work could be done and stated he couldn’t do it that day. Mind you; was intending on paying him upon completion of work that day... Said he’d go back to the office to draw up a quote... cmon you couldn’t have done it right there?! could have been way more efficient! The list goes on. Wouldn’t recommend.

That still doesn't address the fact that nothing got done.. I don't know anything about toilets and expected you to try other things; rather than just throwing your hands up in the air; saying oh you need a new toilet... I called and expected something out of the appointment. Maybe you should consider retiring.

Tod did a great job with installing our new hot water heater. This entailed more than just a swap out of tanks. New brass fittings were installed as well as tying into a previously abandoned copper vent line to the outside and adding earthquake straps. I would recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Travis has a throw back attitude toward customer service. If he tells you something, he means it and will follow through. He is prompt with returning messages. The soft water installation was done expertly. Travis answered follow up questions two weeks after the installation, taking the time to make sure I understood. I would recommend Goode plumbing without question.
