Lee’s was great. When we had a problem with our heater, they got someone out the same day. Everyone was professional and friendly. Our technician, Luis, was great. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and answer all my questions. I appreciated receiving pictures and video of the issue. I will definitely use them again.

Installed my tankless water heater. Had one hiccup after they left but they were back the next day to make it right. I will call them again if I need any future needs.

We had a leaky toilet and got pacific plumbing through our home warranty program. They called immediately (less than 12 hours after I sent in the claim) even though it was after “regular business hours”!! When Jerry came to the house he was kind, courteous and very quick - first with a call to let me know he was on the way and subsequently let me know immediately what the problem was and fixed it - all in less than an hour!! He cleaned up the area as well - huge plus!! Thank you, Jerry for a great experience with your company!! I’ll definitely be using pacific pluming in the future!!

I called several companies to check on a leak in my water main. But all I recieved were huge open ended estimates untill johnny Torres from ALL STAR PLUMBING showed up. He was very thorough in his insection and quickly found out it was my neighbors leak. He saved so much time and money, and was very courteous and professional. I would recommend him to everyone.

Beware 360 an hour seems outrageous but thats what they charged me no parts all labor poor workmanship could not put cover on water heater afterword seems very dangerous will have to call someone else to finish job so not a fire hazard senior citizens don't call they really took advantage of us extremely disappointed

Mid July we had a leak on the main water line. Tech came out and said we would have a better value using Lees plumbing, promoting a competitor, but we used Roto Rooter in the past so we called them. Tech said it was a small little rubber piece to be replaced in the main water line and he would go buy it the following Monday and bring it over. This $4 piece cost us $350. A week later, while replacing pipes, our contractor found no piece was even installed! Scammed out of a service. Called the company and spoke to Mike Hopkins about a refund, he said he would take our word for it and issue a refund on July 27th. It is now September 18th and no refund. This company gives a run around and Mike Hopkins or the Branch Manager haven’t called me back after over 5 attempts. I even called corporate and they said this is a privately owned franchise and they can’t do anything about it. I am still waiting for the Branch manager to call me. This is beyond ridiculous
