I have used Vern’s Plumbing, for several years now, for all of my plumbing and heating/cooling needs. I have always found them to be very honest in their dealings. They are always very quick to respond and they are pretty accurate when they estimate a time of arrival. I would highly recommend them.

My senior parents had no hot water in the house and I called Franco's and they were there first thing the next day. My parents said they were very respectful and did a great job. Also fixed 2 faucets that were barely dripping and installed a new faucet in another.
I live out of state, they sent pictures to me and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Very much appreciated.

Controlled Climates came to our rescue and very promptly was able to determine that it was time to install a new dual-pac. Ray was able to present options, pricing and variables quickly. Installation happened quickly and enabled us to get a nice rebate from manufacturer and govt. I can’t express how thoroughly Ray checked our ducting and airflow after the install, AND he was surprised and very honest in telling us that the results were very good. He didn’t see anything that could require further work.
In all, I highly recommend CONTROLLED CLIMATES for all your needs. I am impressed with their thoroughness and honesty, as well as very fair pricing. I will never go anywhere else for these needs.

First and foremost I want to Thank Pacific Plumbing for hiring an exceptional employee. Tony was our Technician, he was so professional, and personable. He fixed a leak in the pipe under the sink, he first surveyed the leak and pipes and made sure he had all the materials needed before he started taking stuff apart. He took his time, was not rushed like other companies we've used in the past. He replaced the entire pipes, and made sure everything was perfect and than after all of that he unclogged the drain and he also made sure the drain was competed unclogged before he packed up his tools. We truly admired he's work ethic. I guarantee that we will most definitely be using Pacific Plumbing for all our plumbing needs through AHS and will share our experience with our neighbors , family and friends . Chris came out and provided a great service for me at a much cheaper price compared to the other quotes I received. I recommend him to anyone needing to have work done. Will definitely call him if I need any more drain cleaning done.

Jerry came out and did a fantastic job. He went well above and beyond the call of duty, making absolutely certain that all drains were cleaned out and completely clear of any obstructions before leaving my house. CROOKS! This is a dishonest business that in my opinion is price gouging their customers. I had a free estimate to install a faucet at my business and I was quoted $2,600!!!! was told parts are expensive. Cmon water hose and pipes are $15 max per unit. The manager probably thought I was stupid and would pay. Little did he know that I’ve worked on project design for many years and I know what fair price should be. I’m considering going to the BBB as I can imagine how crooked this manager is to other customers and elders! It’s a scam and total fraud.
