Best Water Heater Repair / Replacement in Fort Worth TX

Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

Originally called them to fix problems with our ac drain line, a problem with our water heater not heating and a toilet that was leaking. They did a great job at finding and fixing all the issues we had! I ended up having noise issues with the new toilet they had installed but they came out the next business day and to fix the issue. The guys stayed until they fixed the problem. I feel like most other plumbers would have given up but these guys went above and beyond to fix the issue. Definitely plan on doing business with them in the future!

We have used Larry Stinson twice now and there’s a reason we came back to them when we needed a project completed. From initial phone call to completion, the employees make this company what it is. You’d be hard pressed to find a friendlier, more knowledgeable bunch. Communication is constant and the prices are reasonable. I will NEVER Call Another Plumbing Company Again!!! Jack & Jesse Are THE BEST EVER!!!!!!! I Had A Leak Under The Bathroom Floor In A Pier & Beam Foundation Home In The West Meadowbrook Section Of Ft. Worth Built In 1939. The Home Has No Access Under The House From The Outside. Jack & Jesse Had To Tunnel Their Way Under The Foundation To Find 3 Sub Floor Beams. They Dug A Little At A Time Until They Got To The Leak Location. They Replaced A 6' Section Of Rotten Galvanized Pipe. This Was Done On The Cold Water Line. The Hot Water Line Had Been Replaced With Copper In 2001. By 5:15 PM They Had Finished The Repair & Refilled The Hole & Leveled The Surrounding Dirt. I Could Not Be More Pleased!!! Ask For Jack & Jesse And You Will Not Be Sorry!!!!!

We had a great experience with Royal Flush! Russell came over and helped us find an unknown leak, then came up with a plan to fix it. He took his time, crawled around forever in our very tiny crawl space and through the hot attic until they could pinpoint the problem. Russell and Richard then came back to fix the issue. They did a great job, were very professional, and got us back to working plumbing. We would definitely use them again in the future!

I am 72 years old and this plumbing company is far and above the most professional company I have ever dealt with. I was not prepared for how much things have gone up for services, but it is my experience that you get what you pay for. They replaced my old water heater which was at least 20 years old and when they installed the new one they had to bring my home up to current city code which they did. Very satisfied with the service I received from Delta 1 Plumbing and will tell my family and friends about this company.

Made the appointment yesterday and they fixed our outside spigot with next day service and on time! Quick and professional mannerism while working. The repairs looks great too! They were kind enough to work me in to give me a second opinion on work I was told needed to be done. They gave an honest trustworthy opinion and even showed me what they were doing while testing my pipes. Will definitely call them in the future if I need plumbing work!

I received a call and email from staff offering their help and requesting removal of the review. This effort convinced me to up my 1 star to 3 star review. I wont choose them still, but it looks like they are trying to better themselves.

I cannot believe how these guys are still in business. I normally do not waste time with such things but these guys seriously deserve this review.

For almost $10000 project, I wanted to test them, by starting with two simple light fixture installation at our dealership. They had to reschedule 3 times with a week in between each. First excuse our manager got deployed. Think of a business, when one person leaves, entire operation sucks. First sign of low quality that I missed.

We reschedule the appointment for a week later at 10.30. On the day of of appointment, the company calls me at 11.30 and apologizes by saying we thought the parts were in stock but they are not, we will have them by x day

I say okay, lets go with that. Today I call again, like everytime I call they have no idea who the caller is or what status of our case is, they have zero customer relationship management, each time you have to recite the whole story so they can actually make progress in understanding what one needs. With this third failure, I cancelled everything. I wish I could charge them for this dishonest and inapt business practice for wasting my time for so long.

Take your business elsewhere, or go through the same bs and find the same things out the hard way.
