Best Toilet Repair / Replacement in Fort Worth TX

Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. Jeremy was great. He came to the house, tightened a valve and wouldn’t charge me. He said it was a free estimate. What he did didn’t count for work, even though I suggested he might want to upgrade the plumbing, he said it wasn’t necessary.
