From a failed system on a Monday evening to a complete new system on a Wednesday evening. Berkeys worked to provide advice repair/replace with options for a 17 year old system. From my research on web, I was able to fully appreciate the technicians advice and replacement was the most sensible action. Work was performed in a very professional manner by the install team. A follow up inspection by the technician showed now issues, and I have a full 10 year parts/labor warranty. They certainly earned 5 stars for performance and as to value - You get what you pay for. $150 to come out and tell my wife that our water heater gas line was a little loose. Not only that but in needing to fill up their bucket they over tightened the spray nozzel on my water hose (instead of checking to see if maybe the oring or grommet was missing) apparently tighter is better, in doing so they broke the copper fitting on the end of my garden hose. It's a bummer but ?? at least I guess they tightened the gas line.

Patrick and Greg came to repair a leak late on Friday afternoon. They took their time, were conscientious about being clean and meticulous in completing the repair. I hope they are the ones who are sent to my house anytime I need a repair. I highly recommend this company. They were helpful from the call to the completion of the repair.

The technician Ruben knows nothing about the reason causing the breakdown of the hot water circulating pump, and submitted a false report to the warranty company. The user manual of the pump says “this pump is maintenance free, and does NOT have any part can leak”, but he reported to the warranty company that the breakdown of the pump is due to leaking”. This guy is also quite lazy, asked me to do quite a few things during his checkout, for example, plunging the power cord which is hard to locate. I am going to file complaint at the BBB.I would have given 0 star if allowed. Avoid this company!

This company operates on a completely dishonest business model. They are incredibly overpriced, won’t give you any sort of estimate up front, AND will charge you $100 whether you choose to accept their bid or not. Avoid.
