Pro Serve Plumbing

It's probably the worst plumbers I've ever met. They plumbed my new house and oh boy, they made many big mistakes. Just to name two, they couldn't read the contract to know what was needed. The plumber incorrectly installed my water heater and had no idea how to operate it. It's just terrible!!!!!

I have had nothing but great experiences with this company. They are timely and professional regarding communication and job completion all the way from the scheduling team to the plumbers that come out. I would highly recommend this company and intend on using them again in the future when needed.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I saw a driver yelling and cursing at a woman, honking his horn repeatedly. I would never hire such an aggressive person.

Rob came to run some pipe to install our shampoo bowl in our garage and he beyond helpful. We had many plumbers come and give us unreasonable pricing. As two self employed people we appreciate honest, reliable, and good human beings to help. He is very knowledgeable and everything is just right. Thank you again Rob. I am the approving wife who was overwhelmed and in dire need of someone so kind and willing to help.

Patrick and Greg came to repair a leak late on Friday afternoon. They took their time, were conscientious about being clean and meticulous in completing the repair. I hope they are the ones who are sent to my house anytime I need a repair. I highly recommend this company. They were helpful from the call to the completion of the repair.

I recently utilized the services of Pro Serve Plumbing to upgrade from a tank water heater to a Rinnai tankless water heater. Rob from Pro Serve was super professional and did a great job explaining the process to me of what needed to occur in order for me to make the transition from tank to tankless. Tammy, in their office, scheduled the appointments (quote, service, service after gas company and city inspection) promptly to accommodate my schedule. She was very kind and considerate of my needs when setting up services. The process included a city inspection and coordination with the gas company, but Pro Serve took care of business and made the process as painless as possible. I would highly recommend Pro Serve Plumbing to anyone for any plumbing needs.

$490 for replacing a shower cartridge !!! I paid $69 for their visit but not paying them $490 for this work. Cartridge costs $45 in Amazon (we can get it free from Moen since it is lifetime warranty) and even if it is an hour charge how do you justify $490 ?

I don't normally review a business. But, I have been so impressed with the customer service of this company. I had an emergency in my bathroom and there was no one available to service my house. The director of operations realized my distress with guests coming in and texted me that he was sending a crew first thing in the morning. I found out that the crew that serviced my house, was led by the actual owner. What company, that services hundreds of homes, does the owner take time out of his busy schedule to help out with an emergency? This is a company that cares and will take care of their clients. Not only did he get our problem solved, he went above & beyond to explain what the problem was & how he corrected the problem. Nelson was extremely nice, courteous, & knowledgeable about his job. Daniel, Nelson and Tammy at Pro Serve are great to work with. After an extensive water leak, they installed a water leak detection system. They are very easy to work with and do great work. I highly recommend them.

This was our third time using Pro Serve. Matt has been our tech each time. He has been professional, efficient and has done great work each time. Originally we were assigned Pro Serve by our warranty company but would gladly choose them for any future work that we may need done on our own.

we were charged $369 to put on an outside faucet. The guy putting it on even said that is too much! It took him about 2 minutes. He put it on just fine but the service fee of $69.99 doesn't add up to put on a faucet that took less than 2 minutes.

Had them for five days replacing my sewer line under my house. They did a get job. Nelson Q. Is a fantastic plumber and very professional. Will definitely us them again.

Ridiculously over priced and predatory in nature. They wanted $650 to replace a short piece of drain pipe, outside of the wall under my kitchen sink(about $10 in parts and 30 minutes of labor). Even the tech that came out said it should be $125 job.

Tammy and Matt are a cut above the rest! We are so happy with the service and care from Pro Serve. We had a complicated plumbing issue that Matt solved. He was thoughtful and articulate thru the process.

Sub contractor of John askew homes used for our new home, Cracked $5k Koehler tub during install, steam and shower head come out of wall out of crooked, improperly installed drain in bath resulting in several thousand in flooring damage, outdoor water fixture butchered with pipe wrench and left nonfunctional, Zero accountability! Incompetent workmanship

Had Alex check AC unit because it was leaking. He quoted m a price over $5000. 00 to replace a air handler! I cheked online and to put in a whole new AC unit and air handler is no more than $3500 Tops with a 10 to 20 year warranty.

I wish I could give them zero rating. They seem to be interested in just getting money out of us and our situation. So overpriced quotes. $300 to unclog a sink!!Seriously??!! I don't recommend them to anyone.

These plumbers have no consideration for other businesses. They are working on a site next to a pet supply store and the plumbers are parked in the customer only parking that is CLEARLY marked. The pet supply store customers are having to walk with big bags of dog food, down the street because the plumbers are parked in the reserved spots for them. They had to be chased down and asked to move their trucks.

They installed the plumbing on our house and have maintained everything since. I've never had an issue and always friendly.

Charged me a $69 service charge, was going to charge me $90 dollars for parts and $169 to replace one upper faucet valve and spring assembly!
