Nathan and Dylan were very professional and capable, even though I didn’t know anything about the houses plumbing they were able to figure it out quickly and preformed service with a smile.

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Update: Unfortunately, while one drain was cleared the original problem persisted. Fort Worth Plumbing Pros came out and were able to clear it out for good this time. So, my original review stands - This plumbing company has friendly, professional teams and they quickly fixed the problem. They're who I always call

We had a urinal overflowing in our restroom and the drain in the floor was plugged. They came out right away and fixed the urinal and unplugged the floor drain. Then they proceeded to clean up some of the standing water. Once they were finished, they gave us information on a restoration company. Michael was outstanding! He was on time. He wore a mask. (Not necessary, but highly respectful.). He wore booties which my new floors appreciated. He installed 2 garbage disposals, with all associated plumbing, an air switches for the disposals, 2 touchless faucets, and a touchless soap dispenser. Everything was clean when he left and I could not be more pleased with his work. I only gave him five stars because they would not allow six. Hiring professionals is always a gamble. Assuming that everyone at Master Repair Plumbing is like Michael, your risk dramatically decreases with this company.

We were very happy with response time and service. They repaired our water heater instead of trying to sell us a new one. We've gotten several more years use out of it.

I was referred to Lone Star by American Home Shield. Megan is an absolute professional and a breath of fresh air. When they couldn't get me worked in, she was honest about it, and even helped cancel with AHS. She was very calm and sweet when I was aggravated about my issue. Turns out, it was a septic issue, but her honesty, professionalism, and calm demeanor made a bad day much better.

Had an issue with the drain pipe behind my washing machine overflowing. Woodie Woods came out the next morning and snaked my whole drain line and made it good as new. They were super friendly and informative while they were here. The lowest cost option as well from when I called around. Had Roto Rooter come out and fix a problem prior to this and my bedroom ended up in an inch of water. So I'm a Woodie Woods customer for good!
