I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Thank you Hawk Plumbing Heating & Air for coming out the same day that I called. I had a leaking valve and Michael fixed it very quickly and kept me informed of what he was doing and called before he purchased an additional item while he was at the hardware store. Since I purchased my house I've gotten the runaround form more than a few companies trying to take advantage of an inexperienced person, not Hawk.

Intuition Plumbing gave me free information over the phone on how to unclog my shower drain. It worked.

My AC unit was acting up, couldn’t figure out why. I found this company and called them and they got a tech sent out immediately. Within a few hours my AC was working good as new. The staff was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and the prices were reasonable. In this Texas heat, I would highly recommend Circle E for all of your AC/HVAC needs.

I recently bought a house, within 4 days of being there we noticed the toilet was flushing slow or not at all. I bought an auger and snaked the drain only to pull weeds. I wanted to call a local company because i believe in supporting the community. I called woody woods and received great customer service from a gentle men over the phone. I was advised that a gentlemen would be sent out in a few days. When the plumbing technician arrived he removed the toilet and we could see the weeds. The way it looked i believed he would get them out in no time since you could actually see them. This was not the case, he tried 2 different auger machines and nothing he told me it was a tough one. The plumbing tech told me that he was going to have to cut my vent pipe to even get to them because of how the pipe was routed. He cut the vent and still could not get them, he told me that he was probably going to have to bring a partner out with him, but he did not let me forget that he charges 80 dollars and hour for his service. He tried to snake the plumbing line one more time only to have his auger machine break down. He placed a rag in my drain and said he would be back in three days with a partner, but i should no that it will be at least 800 dollars since the weeds were so tough,. He left, the drain that he left open ended up backing up into my hallways and bed rooms. I called rooter rotters that same day, they sent out an actual, PLUMBING PROFESSIONAL', and the line was cleaned of all weeds in 20 minutes. The plumber did not even have to go in my house to do it, he went to the outside drain!!!!! I'm writing this to let anyone who reads it know, woody woods plumbing are crooks. The plumber they sent out smoked cigarettes the entire time, bragged about how much money he made and was very very unprofessional. The customer service over the phone is great but when it comes to actual plumbing work it is not. If i could give no stars i would, but one is the only description they have for bad service. Stay away, give your money to a company that values its customers.

Jason and Mondo were incredibly thorough. I had another plumber come out and quote me $30,000 for a reroute, and Jason came over as a second opinion and said that was completely unnecessary at this time. He fixed the issue in under an hour and for around only $200. He had a great attitude and was very patient in helping me understand what was going on. Highly recommend!

Danny, his family, and trainee were amazing in taking care of replacing our aged water heater. Despite the best efforts of my home warranty company to stall, Addco took great care of us to speed along the process and get us taken care of.

Fast, friendly, professional service, but cost prohibitive. Clearing a kitchen sink stoppage w/small machine (working from under the sink and removing trap) cost $386.86 (flat rate). The entire job took less than one hour.
