Best Plumbing Replacement in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Phenomenal. Larry and his guys saved my house from an ex-contractor’s disaster workmanship. They came out to do the assessment the same day I called them and began work the next morning. They arrived on time, stayed late and stuck to the quote despite the extra 2 days of work that was unexpected. Larry and crew were hardworking, respectful and pleasant to be around. If I ever have any more issues (fingers crossed I don’t), I will be calling them.

Royal Flush Plumbing performed a Hydro Static Test on our sewer system. The test took about 30 minutes and we now have a new plumber who provides quality work and was willing to explain each service provided, part used, and every step of process.

Delta came out and repaired our hot water heater. Plumber was very knowledgeable and careful to explain everything that needed to be done. Great price. Will definitely call Delta again.

We have used Hawk plumbing and air conditioning- multiple times on each side of things. Their technicians are polite and professional. They explain the options along with the pros and cons of each option. I like the fact that they don’t oversell you. I genuinely trust it when they tell me that I need something because they have come out at times that I thought something was wrong and told me that it didn’t need work. I do believe they operate with integrity.
