Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. I’m very pleased to have this company do work for me. We used them when we had our home built. They do exceptional work. I highly recommend them.

Outside spigot was broke and leaking if used from a small crack. They came out next day and fixed the problem in under 20 minutes and since the problem was easier than expected they took $50 off of the original quote!

Michael has been out to our home twice in the last week or so. He is always thorough, considerate and friendly. Delta one plumbing company came out to my house because I had a dripping faucet in the restroom they fixed my problem my toilet seat was also loose the plumber tighten my toilet seat for me without charge they are very nice and polite would definitely call them back again

After calling three other plumbers that did a no-call or no-show. I ended up calling them. They showed up on the estimated date and time. They did the work, and I'm happy with the service. Very easy to Work the service. Will hire again.

These guys are incredible!!! I used two different plumbers before them. They told me they couldn't remove the obstruction from the main drain and I needed to have the lines hydro jetted. These guys came out and used a less expensive method and told me the main issue. The issue was a $20K fix and we were not prepared for such an expense. So they called out the head guy and he gave us the ideal way to fix the problem. He noticed that we had other repairs going on, so he then gave us his opinion, which saved us THOUSANDS. It's amazing when you find a company with experience and they care about their customers.
