Best Plumbing Problem in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Tony and Kaleb replaced the gas pipes under our house. They were friendly, professional, and did great work. They arrived at the time they said and finished early, making sure to clean up on their way. They were also very patient with one of our cats that jumped into the crawl space under the house to give them a helping hand. Couldn't recommend them more!

The agent and the contractors not the same page. Agent told me that they are DUCT cleaning with brush and camera and will give me picture before and after. When technician come, they said they not doing that. My mistake, I should ask to put in writing ! They are job is no different with other company !! May be the price is a little bit high !
