Best Plumbing Issue in Fort Worth TX

Amazing company On both sides!!! The restoration and plumbing company worked very well as a team to help me with my plumbing repairs and secondary damage!!!!

I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! If I had to summarize in a few words, wholesome, warm, and trustworthy come to mind.

Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

Update: Unfortunately, while one drain was cleared the original problem persisted. Fort Worth Plumbing Pros came out and were able to clear it out for good this time. So, my original review stands - This plumbing company has friendly, professional teams and they quickly fixed the problem. They're who I always call

I am the manager @ Store Here Self Storage and I had Chris Rodriguez@ the Haltom City branch out to give me an estimate, along with 2 other plumbers. Something that Chris said to me during the estimate was what stuck with me best and that is why we went with him. He wanted to fix the problem not just put a band aid on it so that we would have to call them back out. He wanted a permanent fix! I appreciated that! So my company went with RR and I'm glad we did. Thank You Chris Rodriguez for your honesty! That goes a long way and very hard to find!

If I could give 10 stars I would :) Cannot say enough good things about Sanders Plumbing! Jon & Chris came out on Thurs/Fri to assess what was going on at my house & fix the problem. They were very professional & so nice! Informed me about everything going on & answered any questions I had. I learned so much from just sitting outside while they were working! At the end of the job I needed to get in touch with the City of Fort Worth for a little additional work on their end. Jon called the city as a heads up to them to kind of explained the process so far which helped when I called them. Kept the area cleaned while they were here & left it cleaned once they left. Cannot say enough good things - I will continue using them for all plumbing needs going forward!

Mr. Booker and his team did an amazing job on getting our toilets repaired and replaced, when four other plumbing companies didn't! Great commutation and kept us well informed throughout the entire process. I'd recommend One Way Plumbing Solutions any day if the week and plus this is a Veteran Owned business. Punctual, professional, no complaints – except for one biggie: the price (which I agreed to, of course, before the work was performed, but just didn’t want to mess with trying to call another plumber). It was just extremely expensive, I thought, for what we had done (even with a “10% discount”), so very unlikely we would use this company again.

I had RF out twice to do two different jobs, and if I have a plumbing need in the future, I will call them again. They are on time, professional, polite, and they do the job right the first time. Superior service!

Collin came out to service a leak that we had found out in the yard.

Confused, I have been leaving messages since February and tried to make online appointments and NOBODY has gotten back to me EVER!!!!! I am truly disappointed in this company. They were so wonderful in the fall of 2019, but apparently I'm not important to them anymore. Kinda breaks my heart!! ☹
