Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. I had Terry Working on the job within an hour I think, job well done everyone

Last Thursday evening just after 6 PM while doing laundry, I flushed the toilet and realized that the main sewer drain to my house was almost completely clogged. I called and got the recording that you had closed for the evening. Friday morning at 8 I called to make an appointment hoping to get the problem resolved before the weekend since I'm expecting company on Monday. I was told that your crews were booked up and would likely not be able to do the repair until Monday but you would try to work me in. Around 5:30 PM I got a call from your employee Brett M. who said he was on the way to my house. When he arrived alone, I recognized him from a previous service call about 8 months ago. On the previous service call he had a helper which made the job easier since to main access to my sewer line is the vent pipe on the roof. He worked until well after 6 taking 3 attempts to resolve my problem. I REALLY appreciate the great service from your business and employees like Brett helping me out before the weekend. I know what it's like to work late on a Friday evening but I got the same great service that I did the last time. You're lucky to have a great employee like him. Thanks again.

Larry, Carissa and their team have done work for us in the past helping with a clogged clean out line and when our water heater went out yesterday they were my first call. They were here the next day to provide a quote and not only replaced our water heater the same day but even installed a water shutoff valve at our water softener system to avoid future leaks.They did a great job, and my family and I appreciate the quality of work they do!

I initially met Desmond 1-2 years ago when he was doing work at a neighbors house. I stopped & told him that I had a problem with a toilet. When he finished the job he was on he came to my home & replaced a defective toilet part. I asked him how much I owe him & he said I didn’t owe him anything. He wouldn’t let me pay him for the part or his time! That rarely happens!! I kept his business card & contacted him yesterday regarding a kitchen sink that isn’t draining after I had already paid another plumbing company a lot of money to repair it. Desmond, once again, was quick to help me out. I can’t thank him enough!! His rates are good but I think the best quality about him is his honesty! He won’t try to rip you off just because you’re a clueless female!! THANK YOU, DESMOND!

Just wanted to give a shout out and a hearty thank you to Hawk Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning here on Spring St. in Fort Worth. We found a broken pipe in a wall during the freeze and couldn’t get to it to do the repair. Holidays, post-freeze emergencies and all, Hawk was able to get a crew out to stabilize the pipe the same day so we could have water in our home until repairs could be made. From the office staff to the crew that came out, everyone was pleasant, helpful and kind. Awesome rates from a customer oriented company. We found their employees skilled, taking pride in their workmanship and relationships with their customers. We will definately use Hawk again for plumbing or HVAC needs.

I had a suspected pipe leak underground in my side yard. Big puddle of standing water. They were able to determine that it was neighbor next door due to remodel on landscape.

They were kind enough to work me in to give me a second opinion on work I was told needed to be done. They gave an honest trustworthy opinion and even showed me what they were doing while testing my pipes. Will definitely call them in the future if I need plumbing work!
