From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Billy's responsiveness, integrity, and workmanship are top notch. He was able to get the Salon Building's gas leak repaired in less time than anyone else quoted. Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

Gaberial Booker has assisted me with several plumbing issues. His prices is good but just as important or more important, he is very responsive and comes out as quickly as possible. I contact Mr. Booker any time I have a plumbing issue and would gladly refer him to others.

2 gentlemen showed up to my house within an hour of calling today, 5/12/2020. They were called due to the washing machine drain being clogged. They tried to go through the drain itself, to no avail. Then went onto the roof to go through the vent pipe with a longer snake, 75 ft. And still could not clear it. They, then, got a pressure hose and were able to clear out the blockage that way. These are the perils of owning a 60+ year old house that likely was never serviced before we moved in. They were very professional, yet kept a friendly demeanor, a good balance. The cost was still under $300, less than most quotes, and no fee for a site visit, which no one else I spoke to offered. Overall, they were less expensive, and fixed my issue as quickly as they could, even cleaning up after themselves! I am extremely pleased, and would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing service.

Michael Gentry is the only person we use to do our plumbing work. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and pays attention to detail both to the work he performs and the homeowner's safety and wellness especially during these uncertain times by wearing a mask for the duration of his visit and will not step inside your house without shoe covers on! By far the best plumber we've ever used, work always done right the first time, a definite Gentleman and does QUALITY work!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

On a scale of 1-10, have to give David and his entire family an 11! Seriously cannot say enough great things about this company and the people, and the work they do. We had them do a HUGE job at our house, replacing all water, sewer and gas lines, install a tankless water heater and replace our tub, toilets and sinks in our bathrooms and we are beyond satisfied. Jeremy, Jacob, Forrest and Nathan were so pleasant to work with...we were actually sad to see them go after their 2 weeks of solid work. They were polite, respectful of our property (they wore shoe covers when they noticed we don't wear shoes in the house) and our pets. They made sure we had a working toilet and running cold water when they left for the weekend, even if it meant they were working until almost 8:30 in the evening. It was evident during the whole process they wanted to make sure we were 100% satisfied with every little detail. The initial price they quoted us for each part of the job stood firm even when we added a few small things as they went on. For instance, without us even asking, they installed a new kitchen sink faucet for us when Jeremy noticed our old one had duct tape on it. They are giving us a 10 year guarantee on the work, and we are relieved to know that we will be taken care of in the future by them. Best plumbers EVER!

Eric was awesome. He was right on time, extremely professional, and of great character. He told us exactly what he was going to do with the regular scheduled maintenance check. Once he completed the work he sat down and spoke to us about his findings. All of it was in layman terms for my wife and I. He took his time, did not rush us, and gave reasons of what he found, and what he suggested were good options for us to help improve and keep our HVAC system running smoothly going forward. I usually do not budge right away when given recommendations and prices. However, we have come to trust Wilson and we trust Eric's judgement. He explained everything in full detail and did not push us into anything. I felt a lot better in speaking with Eric after his maintenance check and findings and I look forward to the work he will be doing for us soon.
