Josh really helped us out of a bind. Hot water heater in the ATTICs was leaking. He came out quick, discussed the options and had me back up and running the same day. Ben Bravo came out to help hoist the old unit down and lift the new one in place. They installed an alarm system in case this one ever starts leaking. Very professional company. Super nice. Fair prices.

Last Thursday evening just after 6 PM while doing laundry, I flushed the toilet and realized that the main sewer drain to my house was almost completely clogged. I called and got the recording that you had closed for the evening. Friday morning at 8 I called to make an appointment hoping to get the problem resolved before the weekend since I'm expecting company on Monday. I was told that your crews were booked up and would likely not be able to do the repair until Monday but you would try to work me in. Around 5:30 PM I got a call from your employee Brett M. who said he was on the way to my house. When he arrived alone, I recognized him from a previous service call about 8 months ago. On the previous service call he had a helper which made the job easier since to main access to my sewer line is the vent pipe on the roof. He worked until well after 6 taking 3 attempts to resolve my problem. I REALLY appreciate the great service from your business and employees like Brett helping me out before the weekend. I know what it's like to work late on a Friday evening but I got the same great service that I did the last time. You're lucky to have a great employee like him. Thanks again.

We have used Hawk plumbing and air conditioning- multiple times on each side of things. Their technicians are polite and professional. They explain the options along with the pros and cons of each option. I like the fact that they don’t oversell you. I genuinely trust it when they tell me that I need something because they have come out at times that I thought something was wrong and told me that it didn’t need work. I do believe they operate with integrity.

Today at 230pm west 820 to clifford road exit, the driver slammed on his brakes to yield to the lane that in fact, has to yield to people exiting. I was on my motorcycle and almost got rear ended due to the driver not paying attention. ask them about the guy on the black motorcycle throwing his hand up while passing them at clifford exit.
Please brief them on how the rules of the road work....after i passed. He decided to get about 6 inches from my rear tire at the red light. Another unsafe move, what if he was rear ended, i would be crushed.....pay attention, its warm, people ride bikes.

They came out Tuesday to unclog my toilet.The plumber was nice and gave us a deal.I was satisfied and if it ended their I would've given a 5 ?,but today,two days later my toilet is stopped up again.i called at 10:30 am.it is now 10 pm on the dot.no one has showed.i had to reschedule cause I have 2 kids that are tired.so I have had to be without a toilet all day.thank goodness one of my kids is still in diapers but the other is just potty trained and I have a non working toilet! I'm hoping I don't have to wait alllll day again tomorrow ?

I was very pleased with the tech and the work. He explained things in a way I could understand. He wasn't in a hurry to possibly get to another job. Very profressional. When my winter tune up comes I hope to get Micaiah.

Our tub was backed up pretty bad. Called and heard back from them in 10 mins, and he was at my house within hours. Did the job fast, reasonable cost and very friendly. Would recommend and would definitely use again. 5 stars

I had a busted pipe in my front yard during after hours so I Googled Arlington, Tx 24/7 plumber. These guys have like 3 different numbers advertised online and I called all of them. Unfortunately, they don't answer the phone past 9pm. Or at least they didn't on the night that I tried. That's the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. I got in touch with another plumbing company and they were working on getting a tech out to me asap and asap never came so I started calling other plumbers to come fix the issue. During the morning time James Rowe Plumbing answered and the lady was very friendly and apologized for their on call person not answering when I told her I tried them through the night. She said she was booked for the day but would get with me if they had any cancellations. About 10 mins go by and as luck would have it she called me back and said she could have a tech at my house within 15 mins. The tech did show within 15mins, was very friendly, knew exactly what the problem was, and gave me an accurate estimate immediately. Once they started working they were done within an hour. I'm willing to forget that they didn't answer my call through the night due to the exceptional service I received and the awesome tech that I dealt with therefore I will only use this company from now on for plumbing needs.
