Really pleased with the work done by this local electrical company. It looks terrific when he put in the new light fixture. It took a lot of courage for me to let him inside my home, but he did a great job and was very kind to boot.

I've used AA All Services before and was pleased with their work. So pleased that we rehired them to replace our fence when a driver crashed thru it. The crash happened early on a Sunday morning and his team was out to inspect and quote on Monday morning. My fence was repaired that week! And since we had not replaced our fence since buying the home, we decided to do the remaining fence also. All of their work was custom, not cheap panels of fencing. The prompt response to our situation and the time that it took to replace everything was all done quickly. I would highly recommend doing business with AA All Services!

Five star installing by Breeze Air and Electric. Randy and Stephen are awesome electricians and hung our new light fixture in our foyer. They brought a 20’ ladder and safely removed the old fixture and installed the new one. 5 stars and I highly recommend this company!

After the storms the night before had broken tree limbs causing my meter to be torn off the house I called early in desperation for help. These guys came right out for me pushing other jobs back. They got everything done that I needed very quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and kindness. I will definitely be recommending these guys. Great service!!

They were supposed to be at my house at 5pm on Wednesday. They never showed and didn't bother to contact me that they couldn't make it.

Was driving down the road today and one of their trucks number truck 26 zoomed around me in a 40 mph zone after 5pm. He was breaking the speed limit then he got in front of me cut me off and then proceeded to give me dirty looks from his side mirror as if I was doing something wrong because I was following the speed limit. Doesn’t seem very professional to me and he looked like a slob. I tried to call the company to report it but every time I called no one answered it didn’t even ring as if it was disconnected.Hopefully he won’t kill somebody on his way home on the weekend so at least other people can live to enjoy their’s

Comfort Experts is a professionally run business. They called ahead to advise that the technician was on his way. The tech Dustin was very professional. He introduced himself, kept me informed and did a very thorough examination of the heating/cooling system. He was pleasant and efficient and it was a pleasure to have such a personable technician in my home. Thank you!

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
