John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. The plumbing technician came out and arrived within half an hour looking at everything and offering several different options. Sanders Plumbing put in two smart flush toilets for me in 2008, and I kept the business card because they were so professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves! So recently I called them for several plumbing issues: put in shut off valves under my kitchen sink and replace the faucet, plus fix the leaks on three of the handles in one of my bathrooms - these were 65 year old faucets, original to the house! They were able to salvage the faucets through sheer know how and an extensive collection of parts for old faucets.
I am again impressed with their knowledge, efficiency, courtesy, and complete professionalism. This also extends to their office personnel - Annette was very helpful and always courteous.
Plus, they clean up after themselves and leave the space better than they found it. How many plumbers can claim all of that?

It was a Saturday afternoon when finishing up the laundry that everything backed up. Both toilets, the bathtubs and the showers. A real mess. We called Berkeys and they were able to get out within a few hours. Now, everything works fine. The rep even cleaned out the tubs for us. He said he didn't want to leave it with all of the stuff that had come out of the drain. Thanks again Berkeys and your great service people.

I had a suspected pipe leak underground in my side yard. Big puddle of standing water. They were able to determine that it was neighbor next door due to remodel on landscape.

I contacted this service and they were responsive and came the same day. Once they arrived, they began the assessment and provide my quote for the repair.
He was straightforward on the pricing and timeframe to complete. I will consider for future plumbing needs.

These guys will OVERCHARGE YOU! They gave me an estimate of $1200 for the SAME JOB that a different company gave for $350! I obviously had the other company fix the problem and they did an excellent job. Avoid McCalman if you like saving your hard earned money!
