Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

David and Alex were very responsive and professional when they came to diagnose an issue with our sewer line. David even offered to speak on the phone with the city water department to ensure they understood our problem. We appreciated the 3 solutions they provided for us to choose from and will be sure to use them for future problems should they arrive.

My gas was turned off when the Atmos had to replace my meter.
And they called Sanders Plumbing to lite my pilot lights.
My hot water heater’s where not up to code so they did the repair and got the job done. David & Darryle and a Apprentice Zee did a great job.

I will NEVER Call Another Plumbing Company Again!!! Jack & Jesse Are THE BEST EVER!!!!!!! I Had A Leak Under The Bathroom Floor In A Pier & Beam Foundation Home In The West Meadowbrook Section Of Ft. Worth Built In 1939. The Home Has No Access Under The House From The Outside. Jack & Jesse Had To Tunnel Their Way Under The Foundation To Find 3 Sub Floor Beams. They Dug A Little At A Time Until They Got To The Leak Location. They Replaced A 6' Section Of Rotten Galvanized Pipe. This Was Done On The Cold Water Line. The Hot Water Line Had Been Replaced With Copper In 2001. By 5:15 PM They Had Finished The Repair & Refilled The Hole & Leveled The Surrounding Dirt. I Could Not Be More Pleased!!! Ask For Jack & Jesse And You Will Not Be Sorry!!!!!

We have used this company over the past 3-4 years at two different homes with different plumbing issues from leaks, to clogged drains and toilets and other assessments. They have been always been timely, respectful, honest, knowledgeable and resolved our problems with ease. Most recently we had a tankless water heater replaced after our older one stopped working. It was replaced in a timely manner and we did not go without hot water for more than a day. Mr. Desmond was prompt and easily fixed the problem with a great rate and great service. Man, I was so grateful! These guys came same day, within a few hours. Very sweet and considerate to call when they arrived, instead of banging on the front door, since they could tell we had kids that might be sleeping (from the stroller outside)! They came in and fixed our problem literally within a matter of minutes, VERY affordably AND took care of another minor issue for us at no charge. I got their card and will call them anytime I need help. Such peace of mind to have good help that's not going to break the bank when an emergency plumbing repair is needed. I had a major blockage with my plumbing over a holiday weekend.
Everything was backing up in my bath tub and shower and the toilets wouldn't flush. Woodie Woods got me scheduled quickly and sent someone shortly after I called. Clint did a great job with diagnosing and fixing a difficult problem. He was really friendly and explained everything to me. The pricing was reasonable and fair. Jason and Mondo were incredibly thorough. I had another plumber come out and quote me $30,000 for a reroute, and Jason came over as a second opinion and said that was completely unnecessary at this time. He fixed the issue in under an hour and for around only $200. He had a great attitude and was very patient in helping me understand what was going on. Highly recommend!

We used Confluent Solutions to correct a previous plumbing company who actually laid a new sewer pipe without connecting it (a pipe to no where).
