Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. I had Terry Working on the job within an hour I think, job well done everyone

We called roro rooter for a clogged toilet, the plumber was here for 20 minutes and charges us $326.37, absolute rip off. Shows on invoice that he flushed the toilet sevral time to test the lines. Lot of work to depress the toilet lever.

After experiencing a pipe burst during this unprecedented winter storm, Desmond was able to quickly fit us into his schedule for an emergency repair. Due to the severe weather, his truck got stuck in the snow a couple of blocks from our home. Instead of turning back around, he walked the hill with his tools to provide service. He was able to find the source of our leak, and quickly repair. I’m extremely grateful that professional, considerate, and high quality plumbers still exist, especially during such a high demand time. Thank you Desmond!

Great people great price.

This was my first and last time using this company through my home warranty, they were very unresponsive, uncoordinated and simply unreliable. I had to continuously had to contact them for a status on my work order with no different result each time. In the end they decide to transfer my work order for some undisclosed reason. In my personal opinion I would stay away from intuition plumbing servicing your home.
