I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. The plumbing technician came out and arrived within half an hour looking at everything and offering several different options. On Tuesday July 26, 2022 we called Mr. Rooter because of a clogged drain in our kitchen. I explained to your technician, Brett, that we had a clog and he suggested running a cable in the drain to unclog it. Brett ran the cable all the way out once and back and told me that there was grease in the drain. I asked if he could run the cable again and he told me that it would not remedy the problem because the cable would just go through the clog and the clog would reseal once the cable was retracted. He billed us $365.50 and left as quickly as he arrived. All we had to show for our time was a invoice that stated:

Clogged island sink. Ran cable attempting to remove blockage. Ran 75ft. Pulled back cable, incased in grease over 40ft of cable. No foot
vent installed. Recommend treating with sizzle or finding a company that will hydro jet from the interior. Unable to clear grease.

We did as he suggested to no avail. We called one of your competitors to hydro jet the same area. They advised against using hydro jetting because of the possible mess and hazard that it would create. They wanted to use a cable too but I was reluctant because of what I was told by Brett. Nevertheless, they convinced us to try the cable again and were able to clear the drain. The new plumber asked, Why did the first guy only run the cable one time? I now have the same question. We paid for a service and only received half effort, excuses and disappointment. I am so angry that we went four days without access to our kitchen sink only because of your technician's lack of effort.

We had to pay someone else to do what you should have done the first time!

I called Bravo's plumbing to clear a kitchen sink that wasn't draining. They were able to come the next day and arrived within the time window they gave me with a 10 minute heads up before they arrived. The tech cleared the drain and was gone in less than an hour. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the tech was not informative as to what had caused the drain to clog and actually didn't say much at all while he was here. That said, I will still keep them in mind next time I need a plumber.

I really appreciate the work that Tyler the service technician took care of to clear my drain pipes. We could not find the outside drain cleanout, which he found out later was buried underneath the AC unit before I bought the home. When Tyler arrived for the service call my toilet and bathtub were not draining. Tyler climbed up on top of the roof and ran the equipment through a pipe on my roof near my bathroom area. It did not take too long before everything started draining again. I felt Tyler was very honest, trust worthy and professional.

Would 100% recommend using this company and Alek. We had an improperly installed toilet, he came out and quoted us for the repair. He was able to come by the following week to complete the job. Very professional, respectful and did a fantastic job fixing our issue. He even helped fix a small issue with our sink at no extra cost. Will definitely be using his services again.

If anyone needs a plumber I can't recommend this company enough! They were able to send someone out to my parents house today. My poor mom is dealing with a lot and today she had water all over her front walkway and in the flowerbeds. With the freeze she was worried it was a broken pipe. The man that came out was so nice and honest. Honestly, we are sad we didn't know about this company sooner. The kindness and professionalism that they showed was amazing! We will be having them back to fix other things when the temperature is a warmer. 100% support small business and please use this company! You will not be disappointed!
