From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. I met with Jack on Friday as we scoped out a minor room renovation for the home of my recently deceased parents. I wanted to raise the existing water heater ~3 inches and install a drain pan with exterior drain. Jack indicated this would be an easy job and 2 young men arrived and completed the job in ~1 hour with $90 materials. Imagine my shock when billed over $1300... and then Jack spoke with my contractor and reduced it to $726 (still >$300/hr - highway robbery!). I would never work with this company again or recommend them to anyone.

I was concerned about an AC condensation issue so I contacted Hawk and I was pleased to hear that a tech could come out the following day. Zack, the tech, was great. He arrived on time, showed me and explained to me some minor functions of the AC unit that would help me in maintaining a good working AC unit. Zack fixed the condensation issue, and he completed the work within a reasonable time frame.

My bathroom flooded. I find it hard to trust tradesmen so i was nervous about calling. Jonathan was right on time with very short notice on my part. He was very professional and honest. He also went above and beyond by adding extra parts making my toilet look brand new by adding caps even when he didn't have to. Would highly recommend.
