Best Faucet Repair / Replacement in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

Amazing company On both sides!!! The restoration and plumbing company worked very well as a team to help me with my plumbing repairs and secondary damage!!!!

Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

Scheduler said they would be at my house in the afternoon. When I called at 4 I was still scheduled. At 5:15 they requested that I wait until first thing next morning. Luckily my sewer wasn't completely blocked. Once the serviceman got here he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was finished in 20 minutes, ran a camera, and gave us an estimate for replacing my very old sewer line.

I met with Jack on Friday as we scoped out a minor room renovation for the home of my recently deceased parents. I wanted to raise the existing water heater ~3 inches and install a drain pan with exterior drain. Jack indicated this would be an easy job and 2 young men arrived and completed the job in ~1 hour with $90 materials. Imagine my shock when billed over $1300... and then Jack spoke with my contractor and reduced it to $726 (still >$300/hr - highway robbery!). I would never work with this company again or recommend them to anyone.

Called late in the afternoon and was able to get an appointment scheduled for the next day. Took care of my clogged sink, in and out within 30 mins.

During snow our hot water heater decided to go out. I called and scheduled a day to come out. They sent an email confirmation of the appointment, call before they came and were ON TIME! I didn’t have to sit around waiting all day. The guys that came out explained what they were doing and got me all hooked up. Terrific job and very satisfied!PS. This is not the first time I’ve used Larry’s Plumbing. Each time we have been satisfied and will continue to do business with them.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!! I called them for the emergency repair of a leaking toilet at my office and they WANTED TO CHARGE ME $750.00 to install a simple wax ring and to replace the flush valve on one commode. I hired another plumber who charged $283.00 for the same work. Master Plumbing ended up grossly overcharging me $243.56 just to come out and turn off the water valve!!! THIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOU LIKE A THIEF IN THE NIGHT. HIRE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. THEY ARE CROOKS WHO WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY PLUMBING ISSUE.

I've used Royal flush several times and we always recieve excellent service. Desmond showed up and fixed our problem! He's a very nice guy and very professional.

Issac responded to my call within (15) minutes and had a crew at my house within an hour to complete a diagnostic check on a water leak coming from my dishwasher that ultimately was decided to replace the old dishwasher. Great job gents and thanks!!

The guys were very personable and professional. They went above and beyond trying to fix my issues. My bathroom is so old and out of date they went out of their way to find old faucet handles for my shower. However, they are no longer made. I will call them back to install a new water heater.

The cover to a clean out had become detached. David from Plumber Near Me DFW arrived on time and was very professional. In fact, he fixed the cover for no charge. I then got some quotes on additional work that seemed very reasonable.

Local family-owned company that is transparent about diagnosis and pricing. Another company told me I needed a new toilet installed which would run $600. The Plumbing Force stopped by 2 days later and unclogged my line for a fraction of the cost without replacing the throne.

I received a call and email from staff offering their help and requesting removal of the review. This effort convinced me to up my 1 star to 3 star review. I wont choose them still, but it looks like they are trying to better themselves.

I cannot believe how these guys are still in business. I normally do not waste time with such things but these guys seriously deserve this review.

For almost $10000 project, I wanted to test them, by starting with two simple light fixture installation at our dealership. They had to reschedule 3 times with a week in between each. First excuse our manager got deployed. Think of a business, when one person leaves, entire operation sucks. First sign of low quality that I missed.

We reschedule the appointment for a week later at 10.30. On the day of of appointment, the company calls me at 11.30 and apologizes by saying we thought the parts were in stock but they are not, we will have them by x day

I say okay, lets go with that. Today I call again, like everytime I call they have no idea who the caller is or what status of our case is, they have zero customer relationship management, each time you have to recite the whole story so they can actually make progress in understanding what one needs. With this third failure, I cancelled everything. I wish I could charge them for this dishonest and inapt business practice for wasting my time for so long.

Take your business elsewhere, or go through the same bs and find the same things out the hard way.

Appreciate promptness, showing up for appointment sooner than scheduled, and explaining the steps in resolving the issue and possible cause.
