John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Billy's responsiveness, integrity, and workmanship are top notch. He was able to get the Salon Building's gas leak repaired in less time than anyone else quoted. My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. We were having our kitchen sink replaced by Woodie Woods Plumbing and the employee/plumber they sent cracked the counter granite in several places and said it was our fault. Upon inspection, the employee had not removed or loosened the adhesive/cement that was holding the original sink in place to the countertop. He simply pushed on the bottom of the sink trying to force it up and the result was cracked granite.

Adam their supervisor and co-owner was very helpful and expedited everything and kept me very well informed about all repairs. I am very happy with the outstanding service provided by their team. Professional, courteous, quick and accurate diagnosis, walked me through the issue and showed me the proof. Made sure I had everything I needed for Insurance. Even spotted a few related damages from the leak to inform the insurance and water restoration guys about. They also cleaned up after themselves! 11/10. Highly Recommend. Look no further.
