They always come out quickly. They explain everything that needs to be done prior to doing the work. They give you a breakdown of the pricing before doing the work as well. They have been to my house twice and I have been very happy with the work they have done.

Our church had a major water line break and although we called other plumbers, only Circle-E responded quickly and discovered the issue. The city water line had broken and a city crew came out within 6 hours and repaired the break.

Jake from Circle-E arrived and within minutes had the valved turned off and provided all the information we needed. Sean also came by and verified what Jake had discovered. We are grateful for Jake and Sean and their concern and quick response to help us with this problem. Great job Jake and Sean!

To begin with, the office personnel were extremely polite and helpful (Sarah and Sue). The HVAC technician, Shawn, arrived on time and was very informative, knowledgeable and thorough. He is the nicest most experienced plumber you will come across. He has done lots of work for me and makes sure his work is perfect.

Andre Suell came to my house for a semi-annual checkup on my HVAC system. He spent about 20-30 minutes up in the attic thoroughly testing and documenting the condition of my heating system.After finishing, he explained in detail any problems and discrepancies I had. He wrote my ticket up and gave me the option (without any pressure) to get on the schedule again for any more preventative work.Andre was professional, courteous, and thorough in his work.

First off just wanted to start by sayin Tim Jones was extremely professional and did an amazing job making sure we knew exactly what we were getting with this service. I can honestly say he’s the best rep we’ve ever had out for any work and by any company for any or project on our house. I initially wanted to leave a review the day he initially came out but I decided to wait and see how the rest of the process worked out before we leave a bunch of compliments. They didn’t disappoint. Showed up on time. Polite and professional. Worked quick and got the job done right. Took the time at the end to walk us through the specifics with the new unit and politely answered all of our questions. This experience couldn’t have gone any better.If you’re not calling MaxAir for your heating and AC needs you’re just doin it wrong.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
