My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

Update: Unfortunately, while one drain was cleared the original problem persisted. Fort Worth Plumbing Pros came out and were able to clear it out for good this time. So, my original review stands - This plumbing company has friendly, professional teams and they quickly fixed the problem. They're who I always call

The men that repaired my leak and put my hot water heater in did a very amazing job. Explained to me everything being done. I could tell right at first that they knew what they were doing. I highly recommend Clearwater Plumbers! I called this morning for a clogged line and Potter was at my house already diagnosing the problem in under an hour. Wow! I feel like all my questions and concerns were addressed and Potter helped me make the best decision on how to fix the problem today and gave insight for a long-term plan. Kathlyn at HEB Plumbing gave us a bid on Wednesday and came out and replaced our aging water heater the following Tuesday. Her and her team are very professional and always follow through with what they say they are going to do, with no excuses. I recommend them without reservation.

Had a hot water heater valve go out on me. A replacement part had to be ordered and came in the afternoon. The guys came after hours to ensure I had hot water that evening, despite their truck breaking down that day. Really appreciated the professionalism and customer service.
