I called and was able to get an appointment the same day but needed to reschedule for the following day because I was at work. I had Josh who was so pleasant when he called to tell me that he was on his way. Hopefully all service technicians are as personable and professional as Josh.

This is a great company. I live an hour away and have had nothing but exceptional service all the way in Goshen. They installed a new furnace in our new home in 2016. They were one of the only contractors that passed inspection the first time. We could not be happier. Josh and his team are the real deal.

Called Sheets Air and Plumbing for a quote to install a shower valve. Tony came to the house without a mask and was very unprofessional. When I asked his opinion about a tankless water heater, he immediately replied he hated the d___ things. He complained that they were a pain to install and that the maintenance was a pain to do and he didn't like all the little nuts and bolts that had to be taken out to service it. He complained that the water heater would have to be serviced every other year. I would think that would be job security for him. He used profanity while talking with me, which is very unprofessional. The quote he gave me was much higher than the quote over the phone, I asked why was that, he said the difference was because of chrome and touchless shower. I did not request a quote on the a touchless shower. When I pressed further on the price difference, Tony says I don't even know what the h---, she quoted you. I have used Sheets in the past and was happy with the service. As of today, I will no longer use them for services. Tony provided poor service and was very unprofessional.

Cody was so informative and thorough in explaining the issues we had with our AC. He completed the work efficiently and ensured it was running correctly before leaving. We appreciate his willingness to take the time to make sure we understood plus to answer any questions we might have. He also gave us several helpful tips for keeping our unit in good shape and the correct filters to purchase. Top-notch service! Thanks, Cody, keep up the great work!

Came out next day after the call was made. Plumber was very knowledgeable and honest when reviewing my project. Instead of selling me a lie, he referred me to a landscaper to save me money. Would recommend honesty any day!

The young man who serviced my air conditioner is really the best. He knows what he is doing and if something needs fixed, he discusses with me first. I recommend T&T highly.
