Best System Replacement in Fort Wayne IN

House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

Arrived on time. Noticed flooring needed repaired and was prepared to not only replace flooring but also install toilet quickly and efficiently. For this reason always call North Side for every plumbing need.

Excellent work. Called at 9 am for a furnace that had stopped blowing heat. I was told a technician(Jeremy) would be there between 10-12, received a call to let me know that he was on his way and would be there at 10. Jeremy was polite and courteous. he explained what the problem was and how it would be fixed. He also gave advice on to keep the same problem from occurring again. Would recommend Sheets for home repair need.

This is the best plumbing, heating and A/C company in Fort Wayne: they do everything plumbing. drain, heating, A/C and electrical.. The residential tech I had was Mark, he is honest, reliable and dependable. He bends over backwards to find a solution he goes above and beyond what is required of him. He is very polite he answers all my questions without making me feel stupid because I don’t know much about plumbing and heating but he takes the time to explain so that I know what’s going on. If there is a problem he gives me options . He is upfront about the costs there are no hidden charges. I have dealt with other companies similar to this in the past and this is by far the best one that I have ever found and Mark is the best tech that has ever worked on my equipment. Called about locating the end of a yard drain. Drain was installed prior to home purchase and has never worked. Needed to locate where the drain ran so I could repair. Appointment scheduled for next day. Lost 1 star due to showing up 40 minutes after the 2 hour window I was given. Typically wouldn't care too much but I had another appointment to get to myself. I believe the gentlemans name who was here was Nick. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Did exactly what I needed. A little expensive but saved me a lot in the long run. I would recommend and use again. Thanks for working quickly and fulfilling what I needed done.

Same day service was not expected, so when they said they could do it right away I was shocked! I was expecting just a confirmation that a 50 gal water heater could be installed in my space. Really impressed!!!
