John arrived promptly and was extremely friendly yet professional. He was very kind to my dogs, while I tried to wrangle them out of the way. He quickly identified the issues we were having, and then went the extra mile to verify with our realtor that the planned repair would satisfy the verbiage of our home sale/inspection report! After confirming we were good to go he finished the repairs so quickly that if I hadn't seen him working I might not have known he did anything. His experience, skill and professionalism are certainly among the best in my opinion. So glad we chose to work with him! Really doesn't hurt that his pricing was up-front, honest and fair! I hope I never need to call a plumber again for issues like these, but if ever I do - at least now I know who to call first!

They were out to my house multiple time and scheduled to install a clean out then texted me the day of and said they weren’t coming and declining my job. Steer clear of these guys.

These guys are currently here in the middle of a job & are tirelessly working to repair a slab leak-multiple leaks actually. And it’s not goin well for them due to the way our house was built. But they are very professional, knowledgeable, on time, clean and respectful of our home. We have 4 parrots and a German shepherd. And the noise level is making it difficult for them to pinpoint the sounds.. But they are great & I would absolutely recommend this company!! And I hope that from here on out they have better luck on the rest of our house searching for the leaks.. A+ MAN ..

I've utilized Gene's several times since moving into a rather old home in North Highlands in 2013. EVERY time, they have been friendly, professional and informative. They even fixed a problem that another plumber (that I had to use because of a homeowner's contract that the previous owner had purchased when he sold the house)! In fact, I am calling Gene's this morning because I had a brain fart and put chicken and noodles down my disposal, something I was told not to do the last time I clogged my drain! I highly recommend Gene's Sewer Service.

Had Mark come and fix my heat pump. He had it figured out and back working in no time. I've had Mark work on stuff before when he was with other companies he worked for. He knows his stuff and works very hard at finding and fixing the problem and has a solution in no time. A Hattersley & Sons should be very thankful and proud to have such a great worker and person on their team! Highly recommended Mark for anything you have an issue with.

There was a frozen water pipe at my home over the weekend. Not only did they help me to perform initial repairs myself (containing the problem), but they also came out twice to solve the problem. The technician and owner were extremely helpful and pleasant and made the stress of the situation much more manageable.If I have a similar problem in the future, I will definitely reach out to the Roto-Rooter team.

Alex was very knowledgeable and professional! He answered all of my questions, and I learned so much from him. They are very thorough and I would recommend an annual plumbing service contract with Home Comfort Experts over other companies in town considering they’re able to do much more than a lot of the other companies, including excavation if ever needed. Their water heater prices (including the price of installation) are also the most competitive in town.

Sump pump going out during rain storm. Called Korte and Craig was there in an hour and replaced the pump very fast. We can always count on Korte and Craig was professional and courteous. He answered all of our questions and walked us through the new pump.
