John arrived promptly and was extremely friendly yet professional. He was very kind to my dogs, while I tried to wrangle them out of the way. He quickly identified the issues we were having, and then went the extra mile to verify with our realtor that the planned repair would satisfy the verbiage of our home sale/inspection report! After confirming we were good to go he finished the repairs so quickly that if I hadn't seen him working I might not have known he did anything. His experience, skill and professionalism are certainly among the best in my opinion. So glad we chose to work with him! Really doesn't hurt that his pricing was up-front, honest and fair! I hope I never need to call a plumber again for issues like these, but if ever I do - at least now I know who to call first!

North Side Plumbing came to replace a shower head and a bathroom sink faucet. We provided the fixtures, so the bill was only labor and came to $2,200. They sent two plumbers, who billed at $160 each. One of the plumbers was clearly an apprentice and repeatedly asked questions about how to do his job. Having the second plumber undoubtedly prolonged the job, and we paid twice as much for the privilege. We did not call North Side Plumbing when we had to have a third faucet replaced and we likely won't ever call them again.

We found ourselves in a pickle when it was 95 degrees and our A/C went out on a Friday night. After a long wait to get a service tech to our house, we found out that we needed a new AC unit. We were quoted anywhere from $10k-$20k from other vendors. Eventually, our friends recommended John at MJM. We talked on the phone and he offered to come out that evening to look over what we had. He talked with me for almost an hour, explaining the differences in systems, what we need, what we don't need, options available and also suggested waiting until after Labor day when more incentives and rebates are available. We just had our new Furnace and AC installed for far less than any other HVAC company could offer. The service/install team was amazing. Super fast, but detailed. They didn't make much of a mess, but cleaned everything up and left everything looking great and most importantly we have a super efficient system for 1/2 the cost of the other guys. John and team were great and best of all, I now have a HVAC company that I can trust and rely on for any future needs. Highly recommend giving MJM a call to help with any HVAC or plumbing needs.

We have been with Merz for years now, they have done repairs on the old HVAC system and then installed new furnace and AC a year and half ago. They have always been great at the work and also great to deal with very friendly and explain everything. Very trustworthy!

Just had a water heater with on demand booster installed by Poormans. They came less than 24 hours after we called telling them our 21 year old unit was leaking and they replaced it with a much improved model at a competitive price. They replaced our furnace and AC unit 11 years ago and we’ve had no problems at all, and saved a lot in utilities. The service staff and office staff are always professional, knowledgeable, and friendly...highly recommended company, thanks Poormans!

Mark & Ron did a fantastic job! I now have a toilet that works!! And Mark helped me save a lot of money by having me call my Insurance company I never would have thought of! I appreciate all that they did for me and it didn’t cost me anything!!! Until we get to the Allstate claim, that’s gonna be $1000.00 deductible for thousands of dollars it will cost to repair everything! I’m happy happy with their work!!

I called Four Brothers Plumbing on a Saturday ,they responded on Sunday and waived the weekend fee because they responded the next day. They came and installed a new water heater, they ran into venting issues. I had to call in a chimney person to look at the ductwork. They took the time to talk to the chimney
company to figure out the best solution. They came installed a new water heater that works great. They are professional, they care about their work in your home, go the extra mile, and want to make the customer happy. I highly recommend them!
