John arrived promptly and was extremely friendly yet professional. He was very kind to my dogs, while I tried to wrangle them out of the way. He quickly identified the issues we were having, and then went the extra mile to verify with our realtor that the planned repair would satisfy the verbiage of our home sale/inspection report! After confirming we were good to go he finished the repairs so quickly that if I hadn't seen him working I might not have known he did anything. His experience, skill and professionalism are certainly among the best in my opinion. So glad we chose to work with him! Really doesn't hurt that his pricing was up-front, honest and fair! I hope I never need to call a plumber again for issues like these, but if ever I do - at least now I know who to call first!

I contacted Gene's to come look at a drainage issue. After a guy came to my house and working with my insurance company, I asked them to give me a quote on installing a water line to replace my well due the plumbing issue(step 1 of the problem). Moving forward and after agreed verbal work including Fred telling me Monday you will have fresh water, Monday came and hour later said the company didn't have the permits and couldn't complete the job. One would think the company would know what they could do or what not. So after refusing to pay for services rendered but not accurate quoted, the owner Michael actually texted me several threats to : have by water turned off, send a crew to remove his equipment if I didn't pay right away, all illegal. Funny thing is no one that actually works for Gene's was ever on the project, just a sub Gene's apparently hired out. Stay away because the bottom line is the owner Michael will try to bully you or threaten you if you question them. I asked questions prior and was told they would look into it, never did. Customer must not be right because they never tried to settle this, only threatened me and assumed their sub was correct and now he is taking me to court for refusal to pay. Keep in mind, no one from Gene's ever was at my property and while all this was happening, apparently Michael was out of town. I had to hire another company to finish what they said they could do but couldn't. Oh and if Gene's responds: why would I or anyone hire Gene's to do a partial job, and then hire another company to finish the job when there are other companies that could have done the entire job was my question to Michael, why would I hire Gene's to do a partial job only to have to hire someone else to finish? Look at how they left my yard, beware!!!

A. Hattersley & Sons just installed a new tankless water heater for me. They did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Mark and his well trained residential team for any project that needs done by real professionals. They were courteous and took special care to make my wife and I comfortable while doing their work. They truly are a 5 Star company!

I’m a single dad. We had just moved into our home. I told them over the phone while making the appointment I could really only afford to address my plumbing issues in steps. 1 issue at a time. They agreed to that plan and sent someone out. Before the technician went down to my basement, I reiterated that I would like to address my issues individually so that it was communicated to him clearly what my expectations and my financial capabilities were and he agreed. After he evaluated plumbing we spoke again about what it would look like addressing these problems 1 by 1, and he told me he’d write up an estimate and get back with me in a week or less. He charged me $316 for the inspection and estimate, noting that $316 would be subtracted from the work performed.A week later he sent me an estimate and I asked him which issue we should address first as discussed, and that’s when he told me he would do the entire job, or none of it at all. Completely counter to every conversation we ever had and contradicted the only condition I had on making the appointment in the first place. Had I been told during my initial phone call, or at any point during the process, that there was a possibility that they would refuse to address my plumbing issues individually, I would not have made the appointment. They took my money under false pretenses and that’s the part that is unethical and dishonest. I’m a single dad, that $316 means a lot more to me than it did to them and the way that was handled is why I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Shayann checked two toilets that needed attention. She solved the problem in one and ordered a new part for the other. She was kind, knowledgeable and will return to install the part when it arrives.

Ben came out to do my plumbing inspection and was very kind and professional. He even helped me out with my car tire when I was having issues with it. Despite it being unrelated to the reason for his visit. Highly recommend Summers for your plumbing and HVAC needs, they have always been there when I needed them even in emergencies. Their employees are the best.

Excellent response to our toilet problems. Fit the appointment into a busy week schedule. They discovered damaged floor tiles and flange. Updated three toilet valve systems, fixed the damaged base all
in about 2 hours. Complete professionals!

I have used Korte exclusively for all of my Electrical, Plumbing, and Heating/AC needs for many years now. While I have always been impressed with the service personnel and products over the years, I had a first time encounter with an electrical service technician by the name of Matt M. yesterday. To say that I was pleased with the service that he provided, would be an understatement. I have always been a believer that you should always attempt to give credit where credit is due, and in that vein, I wish to simply state that Matt's professionalism, expertise, and work ethic were simply great!

I called them out to clear the tree roots out of my sewer and they showed up at 10 at night left around midnight and came back the next morning and still could not reslove my issue and charged me 300 dollars and it called root rotor and they came out 2 days later and cleared my line and was cheaper then these guys
