I'm a new home owner and absolutely panicked when I discovered a leak. I was really worried about the cost. I called several other places before calling Northside, and they were the most reasonably priced. I'm so glad I called them. They got out here within a few hours, had it fixed fast, and the price was less than I expected. I will never call anyone else. Thanks, guys!

I cannot thank MJM enough! AC went out in a 7 year old home and I had several companies come out. Many of them wanted to replace the entire system to make more money. I knew this was BS, and that's when somebody recommended MJM Mechanical. First off, John replied right away after contacting them (and it was at night). This was the ONLY company that checked whether my parts were still under warranty (which they were). Just a few days after coming out to look at the AC and receiving the parts, they had it fixed within a few hours. Thank you for your honesty, quick responses, and knowledge. I typically do not leave reviews, but this company deserves it and I put their business card in my utility room. Good job guys! :)

Woke up to no AC and once I realized that it was a holiday weekend, I felt like it was going to be impossible to get it fixed, let alone looked at. We had been referred to Merz Plumbing Heating & Air by a friend and so I gave them a call. Well, they just obtained a new customer. Very professional from the moment Kam answered the phone all the way through the end of the repair. Kam was amazing from seeing if she could find one of the guys to stop by to take a look and to calling me right back! Jeff arrived within a few hours of me calling and he too was very professional. He explained what the issue was, replaced the failing part and gave us tips on what to keep up with. Cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Merz to others! I am a happy customer who is now back to sitting in her cooled down house! Thank you so much!

We went about 2 weeks on the coldest days and Poormans came to the rescue. Our boiler had broke down and they found a way to get us a. Ew one at a price we can afford being on a fixed income. Even offered space heaters for us until the new boiler was here and installed. They went above and beyond.

I would give less stars if I could. This company showed up, started the job, and then left without finishing or communicating with me that there was a problem. They began work on a public right-of-way without a permit and have yet to resolve this issue with the ROW department. After calling several times over the course of the morning and receiving no answer, Josh finally returned my call. He was incredibly rude and confrontational and demamded full payment up front before he would consent to finish the job. I refused his services.

I was very pleased with Roto Rooter. Very professional! And they were ONE of the few I called that would quote me an estimate up front based off of what information I gave them. Most would not even give me a quote so I chose not to use them. The service technician (Tyler) was very polite and up front with me on what was needed. He was also very professional! And he completed what was needed very quickly and knew exactly how to fix my problem. Even gave me some suggestions...

We have been using them since 1982. Very nice family owned business. They were able to respond when our heat pump went out during a winter storm2022, Replaced air conditioner April 2022. Highly recommend.

They were at a neighbors house, I went to ask a question. They came over to my house, checked my heater. They then advised me of a purchase plan that will be proactive in taking care of my new home, and saved me sooooooo much money.The 3 visit a year deal, for 5 years. It will alleviate so much wasted time trying to find a contractor, while saving me money. I also get priority visit in case of emergency over new customers. Emergency visits are exceedingly discounted as well.So grateful to Adam and Konner for giving me piece of mind in my new home.

I called Four Brothers Plumbing on a Saturday ,they responded on Sunday and waived the weekend fee because they responded the next day. They came and installed a new water heater, they ran into venting issues. I had to call in a chimney person to look at the ductwork. They took the time to talk to the chimney
company to figure out the best solution. They came installed a new water heater that works great. They are professional, they care about their work in your home, go the extra mile, and want to make the customer happy. I highly recommend them!

After a small work emergency we called Korte for help. Two very professional gentleman showed up, answered all questions, and were very helpful. Even took the time to explain Kortes Peace of Mind Agreement with us. Thank you for coming to our aid!

Aside from a small watery mess in the bathroom to diagnose a faucet problem, everything went well. Kevin was friendly and helpful.

Excellent professionalism and kind staff

This company is an absolute joke. Not once, but twice we’ve tried to use them through our home warranty service. First attempt to use them, for a simple water heater repair it was going to take 2 weeks to send someone out. Couldn’t wait that long. 2nd time, I submitted a ticket with our warranty company. They kept telling me we are sending messages to our techs, no return calls from the techs after 36 hours. Now, we have to pay out of pocket because of this poor customer service.
