Best Sewer Cleaning in Fort Wayne IN

House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

218 driver with car ending in 218- why are you tailgating, driving aggressively, and almost hitting 2 vehicles. Calm down, you'll get to your job and it's important to do safely. Definitely not a good look for the company.

I would give less stars if I could. This company showed up, started the job, and then left without finishing or communicating with me that there was a problem. They began work on a public right-of-way without a permit and have yet to resolve this issue with the ROW department. After calling several times over the course of the morning and receiving no answer, Josh finally returned my call. He was incredibly rude and confrontational and demamded full payment up front before he would consent to finish the job. I refused his services.

Going through a large remodel we have dealt with multiple contractors and subs--It has been a process finding ones that we trust and provide good work. Mark and everyone at A Hattersley have exceeded expectations at every turn. Not only are the professional, meet every deadline, have great communication but the quality of work is unmatched. My only regret is that they weren't the first plumbing company we called.

Both Lucas and Evan were very professional did a great job of explaining to me what they were doing and why. Also worked with me on time and explaining other options I could take to stop it from happening again. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done

David and Seth did an outstanding job of completely cleaning our 57-year-old main sewer line from the basement toilet to the city sewer line. We had another local company snake the sewer line 3 years ago and they just ran a 3/4 snake down the line and said it was fixed. David and Seth ran a cleaner head down the 4 sewer line that completely cleaned the cast iron pipe. I am completely satisfied with the work they did and would recommend their services who want their drain problems fixed for good.

I called on the morning of July 19 and was able to set an appointment for later that afternoon... totally unexpected and awesome. The best part was the Technician 'Andy'. Andy was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He got right to the task and took car of my A/C problems within about 20 minutes or so. He got the cool air flowing again and even mentioned the free check-up that we'll have next month.As a new Summer's customer, I have to give this a FIVE STAR rating with Andy being one of the best parts of the experience. If I could recall the name of the nice young lady who made the appointment I'd mention her too as she also deserves a lot of credit.As Andy said: Right on Man!

Affordable Sewer Service Took a deposit Feb 23, 2017 of $1700 for tank repair. Never performed repair and refuse to refund deposit.
Arrived for service Feb 23, was unable to perform work at that time. Asked for a deposit of $1700 to replace tank baffle and paid $1700 at that time. Later I realized I did not need the repair and called to cancel service and asked for refund, which they agreed to send. Called June 8, June 13, July 20 about refund. Talked to Brad July 20 he said he would talk to accountant and get it taken care of next week.
Contacted Brad again August 29. He said he would check on it in the morning.
Contacted office September 12, girl said she would contact me tomorrow.
Contacted office again September 14 and different girl said she would contact me Friday.
Contacted September 30 and Becky said she would have Brad contact me right away.
Talked to Becky October 18 and she will leave yet another message for Brad.
Talked to Becky October 30th. She said Brad wants to do a payment plan. I told her that's fine but I would like to have it closed out by the middle of next month (Nov).
The company has never contacted me. Every time I contact them they apologize and agree that they owe me a refund and will contact me with details, but they have NEVER called me or sent any funds to me.
The original bill was $1700 written as a deposit for future work. I have been incredibly patient with them but am getting no response so feel they are forcing me to file a complaint.

I was having some issues with my water heater and needed it checked out. These guys gave me a list of options to replace and repair it. I decided on replacing it with a tankless heater. Best decision ever, I have unlimited hot water! Best part is, I didn't have to wait weeks, it was next day service. They have my recommendation.

James did a fabulous job!! James explained what he needed to correct from the previous plumber. James also discovered why another water spot existed due to another section of pipe, being disconnected. Probably due from the lack knowledge, care or inexperience of previous plumber. James gave us his business card and we will continue to use Korte from here on.
