House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

Called for an emergency toilet clog and Kris came out on a very cold day and helped! He worked tirelessly to fix our problem. As new business owners we are learning that things break frequently but it’s nice to know there are small businesses like ours that can help! Would definitely recommend them in the future!

We had a leak in our dining room coming from our master bathroom. I called at 10 and they said they would get there by noon. To my pleasant surprise they got to our house a little before 11! They were knowledgeable and did a great job fixing the job. They explained as they worked. Thanks so much!

Maybe a bit pricey starting out but excellent top drawer service. I think it is appropriate to say quality is remembered long after price. Management assured everything was left in perfect condition. I would recommend them highly.

I had a positive test for mold in my house in early May 2018, an obvious water stain on my kitchen ceiling, and the word of John at Roto-Rooter, who stated he would send me an estimate for the work the same night, May 23, 2018. I have yet to receive said estimate, and it’s June 4, 2018. My Dad and I have called the office multiple times, and the secretary only ever says she doesn’t have the estimate, which is less than helpful.I’m disabled from several severe chronic illnesses including CIRS (toxic mold), diagnosed in 2016 from exposure in my 20s. I’m living in a hotel and moving to a short term apartment very soon, because I can’t, by doctor’s orders, enter my own house. It was making me more sick than I was. I would be more forgiving if they just told me they couldn’t do the job, but they never did so. They obviously don’t care about disabled and sick people enough to return a phone call. What an absolute shameful commentary this reflects on this business.

We could not be more pleased with the services we have received from Korte and Zachery Boger! We have had them out to our old house as well as our new home. Recently Zach came out and installed electrical lines for our pool and he did an awesome job! Just today Zach ranelectrical line and hooked up our hot tub. While he was here we had a few GFCI outlets installed. We appreciate that Korte always calls the day before and morning of service! That is great service, keep it up Korte! I would just like to add that Zach is our favorite contractor that we have had in our home and we have had more than I can count. Not only is he courteous and on time but takes time to explain everything he is doing before he starts and before he leaves he walks through everything he did and makes sure if you have questions to answer them thoroughly. He explains things in terms that are understood by anyone not just an electrician. I just can't say enough good things about this young man! Korte, you had better keep this one because guys like Zach are few and far between! Thanks again Korte and Zach!
