Best Sewer Line in Fort Wayne IN

House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

I've utilized Gene's several times since moving into a rather old home in North Highlands in 2013. EVERY time, they have been friendly, professional and informative. They even fixed a problem that another plumber (that I had to use because of a homeowner's contract that the previous owner had purchased when he sold the house)! In fact, I am calling Gene's this morning because I had a brain fart and put chicken and noodles down my disposal, something I was told not to do the last time I clogged my drain! John F was fantastic this afternoon. I had a carrier infinity problem. He diagnosed it as a bad thermostat, went to pick up a new one and did the install very professionally. He respected my time and our property and was a pleasure to have in our home.

I don't normally leave reviews but I have to in this case. I had to have them come out to clear my sewer line for me. I already wasted a lot of money trying myself. They sent a young man named Mikel out. Very polite friendly guy. It took some work to get the job done but I have to say I was impressed. Best prices in town and the service is unbeatable I highly recommend them. They are now my go to when I need work done.

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but then clarified they actually only sent in the dimensions of the holes they cut open. Jason keeps saying he will call me but never does, they won't give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
