We were using a different local company and kept having the same issue multiple times a year. We decided to try Northeast Mechanical Services and they were able to quickly locate the root of the issue and resolve it. I am SO thankful. We will be customers for life.

A gentleman named Jacob showed up to fix my furnace. He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I would ask questions at times and he would explain what he was doing. I appreciated his work and professionalism. I would highly recommend him to everyone. In the future for other services or maintences I will them again given they send Jacob. I called MJM Mechanical to do a furnace maintenance on my home furnace. I spoke with Liz from the office and she gave me the relevant information including price and what would be done and we decided to move our service over to them from our previous company. When the tech come out, he informed me that the previous company we had been using in Columbia City was not even doing the maintenance on our furnace and air conditioner. We was paying them almost twice what we paid MJM to do nothing and yet MJM came out, serviced the furnace for half the cost of the prior company and was nothing short of honest, up front and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this company for your heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical needs. Brandon came out as my tech, and he is absolutely wonderful to work with and he would be highly recommended also.

Tyler and Jon installed a water heater in our home. They were professional, knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. They made sure they cleaned up before leaving. I would recommend Poormans services to anyone without hesitation.

I called Hattersley at 8:15am and someone was at my house at 10am. I thought I had a furnace issue, Ricky found out it was a sump pump issues...I know that sounds strange, but glad Ricky was able to determine the problem and provide professional advice to help get our problem resolve. I highly recommend them for any HVAC or plumbing needs!

$50 to come out give quote because they can't do it over the phone. $1,500 quote to connect 2 sinks to plumbing. Scam artists at their finest. Don't bother calling them.

Jonathan and his apprentice were wonderful! They came out to inspect our furnace, and he mentioned the AC was constantly running, which it was. He said they had time to inspect it if I wanted. There was no pushing involved. Since we recently moved into our home I decided best to have both checked out. Fair pricing and great service with personable employees! Will definitely use them in the future!
