J L MORY misrepresented their verbal service contract. In fact I never received a written service contract. When I needed service, I was charged for the service, which was told, no service charge, only for discounted parts. Really! I recommend that do business with their competitors, for example J F Miller - I am a dissatisfied customer stuck with an costly service contract ☹️

Replacing a fill valve on a toilet. Had a Mansfield fill valve. They recommended a Fluid Master to be more reliable and just a bit more cost than the repair kit for the Mansfield fill valve. Works well.

I have used MJM Mechanical multiple times. I usually don’t leave a review but I have to say this company goes above and beyond every time! I called them the last time because my furnace wasn’t working and their technician was amazing! He was thorough and very detail oriented and walked me through all of my options. I’ve never had a company go so far to make sure I was completely satisfied. It’s nice to have a company that puts a customer first in our town! I highly recommend them to everyone!!!

My gma Karen Steele wanted me to post about her really positive experience with Seth. She appreciated everyone that made her experience painless. She had a washer and dryer put in. They had to run our plumbing line from the basement to the kitchen. Seth went out of his way to be helpful in more ways then one!

Although I needed a complete replacement on my water heater the serviceman was professional and pleasant to work with. Had no hot water and was able to get work done within 2 days of initial estimate. Gave me all informatio needed of what the issue was to make an accurate decision. This company is an absolute joke. Not once, but twice we’ve tried to use them through our home warranty service. First attempt to use them, for a simple water heater repair it was going to take 2 weeks to send someone out. Couldn’t wait that long. 2nd time, I submitted a ticket with our warranty company. They kept telling me we are sending messages to our techs, no return calls from the techs after 36 hours. Now, we have to pay out of pocket because of this poor customer service.
