J L MORY misrepresented their verbal service contract. In fact I never received a written service contract. When I needed service, I was charged for the service, which was told, no service charge, only for discounted parts. Really! I recommend that do business with their competitors, for example J F Miller - I am a dissatisfied customer stuck with an costly service contract ☹️

Name is very very deceiving. Despite having heating in their name they do not service furnaces

this was a great experience from top to bottom...I cannot say enough good things about this installation...Everyone we dealt with was top notch, professional, friendly, helpful, on time and cleaned up after. Poorman's has been wonderful to business with. When they came to install my A/C and Furnace today, the guys were extremely professional. They needed to put the A/C unit in a different place due to a water meter being in the way. Rather than just moving it, they asked me if it was okay to move. They answered all my questions no problem. Couldn't recommend these guys more!

Have a 3 year old Trane furnace that froze up twice in the winter. The installing contractors were unable to determine cause, and didn't want to pursue. The guys at Sheets came out and fixed some shoddy installation work. I will use Sheets for all of my future HVAC and plumbing needs.

Very happy with our new furnace & A/C installation. Greg & Cameron were great to work with -- personable and extremely professional. The work was done as expected, and Greg provided a thorough walk-through of the system before leaving our office.

T&T replaced the hold down ring for our master bedroom toilet. The service Tech did a good job and made sure everything was operating correctly.

This company is an absolute joke. Not once, but twice we’ve tried to use them through our home warranty service. First attempt to use them, for a simple water heater repair it was going to take 2 weeks to send someone out. Couldn’t wait that long. 2nd time, I submitted a ticket with our warranty company. They kept telling me we are sending messages to our techs, no return calls from the techs after 36 hours. Now, we have to pay out of pocket because of this poor customer service.
