Best Plumbing Replacement in Fort Wayne IN

House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

These guys are currently here in the middle of a job & are tirelessly working to repair a slab leak-multiple leaks actually. And it’s not goin well for them due to the way our house was built. But they are very professional, knowledgeable, on time, clean and respectful of our home. We have 4 parrots and a German shepherd. And the noise level is making it difficult for them to pinpoint the sounds.. But they are great & I would absolutely recommend this company!! And I hope that from here on out they have better luck on the rest of our house searching for the leaks.. A+ MAN ..

I am in the trades and can tell a professional from a hack. This company is top notch. The were professional and knowledgeable. They replaced my old HVAC compressor and coils and were very competitively priced. I highly recommend them.

On the July 4th HOLIDAY weekend we had AC problem in 90' Heat! Sheets communication was superb, two different times staff were timely and well prepared. Work was completed as needed. Great transaction for some solid work that was done correctly. If needed we will be back.

My company has used Roto-Rooter for all our plumbing needs for the past three years. They always are quick to respond to any service call. The technicians are very professional.

Nice guy and fair pricing for R22 .... my issue was extremely small and was diagnosed within minutes. I said I did not need the drain cleared and I would handle it since it was on my dime and the visit still took 1.5 hours (no reason why it should have) which at $130/hour.... that adds up when it could have been wrapped up in under 15-30 minutes. When I was out there, it was a bit of lollygagging in my opinion, milking the clock or taking it easy during lunch time.

Company was prompt, on time and fair in pricing for the services. I just think it could have been a little quicker if I am paying for the time. Over $100 of my bill was for standing around looking at a meter.

When it was time to pay, I asked if there was any memberships. I guess it was too late but that was never even an option presented to me because I would have absolutely signed up for one before my visit.

Would give no stars if possible. The owner Brad is a lair and a crook. Destoyed our back yard trying to find the broken tiles they thought it was under a huge old tree trunk
They dug out the trunk ( did not find the broken tile) left a huge hole and the huge stump in the middle of the yard. They damaged our flooring in the house and refuse to fix it. BRAD told us that he would be back in the spring to fill in and smooth out the yard and make sure that where they dug up the tile did not leave a rut when the ground settled. He never has done this.

Nathan Salmons was my service technician, he was very friendly and efficient. He was here to repair my furnace quickly. I would recommend using Roth Griffin to anyone. They're the one that installed my furnace in 2003. Pleased.

The technician arrived on time and performed the required steps necessary to put my A/C unit back in service. He was helpful with identifying the cause of failure and suggested that regular maintenance would help prevent future instances of failure.

Without exaggeration, the BEST experience ever with a plumber or anyone who has worked on my house! I called at 8am about a clog other plumbers were not able to clear. Drain Doctor responded to all my questions with great patience and knowledge. They came by 2 hours later and immediately unclogged the drain with no problems. Next time they will be my first call.

The service technician was very knowledgeable and honest. Didn't try to sell me anything, but pointed out things to monitor moving forward.
