Best Pipe Replacement in Fort Wayne IN

House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

We hired Northside to build out rough plumbing for sinks in a commercial space. They were very accommodating of our schedule and our processes, were communicative throughout the process and the final product turned out great. Thank you Chris and Steve and the whole team! You guys are awesome!

Beware of bait and switch. We have a new home build and I had an estimate done to complete a basement bathroom(was rough plumbed). I called to get the work scheduled and they updated my quote since 30 days had past. It was an increase of less than $100. No problem. The tech showed up to do the work and said he couldn’t even remember being here and that he would need to write a new proposal. I felt like that was shady and told him thanks but no thanks. I called their office to voice my concerns and question their business practices and the tech had told her that WE CHANGED THE PLUMBING!!!!! So he had gone from not remembering to now we were rogue diy plumbers. No. We changed nothing. I have since decided to go with another company. I would not- will not- use Roto Rooter not would I recommend that anyone else does either.

Drain doctor returned my calls right away and quickly scheduled an appointment. Travis came within the hour to my rescue. He was quick, responsive, thorough and friendly. They are skilled, honest and proffesional. Highly recommended!

After the recent storm. Loss of power and AC, the company that used to handle our system put us on a list to be put on a list. Two days later we called Summers. Got here, fixed it and now they will be handling all of our HVAC, plumbing and heating matters.

Called them at 8:30am and someone was here by 10:40am same day. I had a clog in my clean-out pipe. He explained the whole procedure so it was easily understood. He was so polite and personable. Problem fixed. That is until another guys comes to run a camera through the pipe to see if additional problems exist. What a blessing Korte is and my technician too!!

Excellent professionalism and kind staff

Tony did a great job replacing our entire home's cast iron waste lines, as well as running new pex line in our kitchen remodel. He was professional, affordable, friendly, and realistic about what actually needed replaced and didn't try to upsell anything we didn't need. He took the time to explain things, and even gave a few appreciated pointers on some of our remodel projects. Very knowledgeable and experienced guy who will get the job done quickly and done right.

This company is an absolute joke. Not once, but twice we’ve tried to use them through our home warranty service. First attempt to use them, for a simple water heater repair it was going to take 2 weeks to send someone out. Couldn’t wait that long. 2nd time, I submitted a ticket with our warranty company. They kept telling me we are sending messages to our techs, no return calls from the techs after 36 hours. Now, we have to pay out of pocket because of this poor customer service.
