This is the best plumbing, heating and A/C company in Fort Wayne: they do everything plumbing. drain, heating, A/C and electrical.. The residential tech I had was Mark, he is honest, reliable and dependable. He bends over backwards to find a solution he goes above and beyond what is required of him. He is very polite he answers all my questions without making me feel stupid because I don’t know much about plumbing and heating but he takes the time to explain so that I know what’s going on. If there is a problem he gives me options . He is upfront about the costs there are no hidden charges. I have dealt with other companies similar to this in the past and this is by far the best one that I have ever found and Mark is the best tech that has ever worked on my equipment. He is very trustworthy as is A. Hattersley & Sons INC.

We were new customers for Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling when I called with an EMERGENCY due to broken water lines in our hot water boiler heating system. We received very prompt attention to our situation. Very courteous, friendly, and helpful services techs. They returned to finish the repairs and were prompt. Each time we received a call advising they were on their way. We will continue to use Summers Heating & Cooling for all of our future needs and service for our heating & air. We cancelled our service contract with a competitor that we had been with for over 10 years due to the amazing service we received.

Sump pump going out during rain storm. Called Korte and Craig was there in an hour and replaced the pump very fast. We can always count on Korte and Craig was professional and courteous. He answered all of our questions and walked us through the new pump.

Affordable Sewer Service Took a deposit Feb 23, 2017 of $1700 for tank repair. Never performed repair and refuse to refund deposit.
Arrived for service Feb 23, was unable to perform work at that time. Asked for a deposit of $1700 to replace tank baffle and paid $1700 at that time. Later I realized I did not need the repair and called to cancel service and asked for refund, which they agreed to send. Called June 8, June 13, July 20 about refund. Talked to Brad July 20 he said he would talk to accountant and get it taken care of next week.
Contacted Brad again August 29. He said he would check on it in the morning.
Contacted office September 12, girl said she would contact me tomorrow.
Contacted office again September 14 and different girl said she would contact me Friday.
Contacted September 30 and Becky said she would have Brad contact me right away.
Talked to Becky October 18 and she will leave yet another message for Brad.
Talked to Becky October 30th. She said Brad wants to do a payment plan. I told her that's fine but I would like to have it closed out by the middle of next month (Nov).
The company has never contacted me. Every time I contact them they apologize and agree that they owe me a refund and will contact me with details, but they have NEVER called me or sent any funds to me.
The original bill was $1700 written as a deposit for future work. I have been incredibly patient with them but am getting no response so feel they are forcing me to file a complaint.

Repair was performed quickly, and was very well done.

This company is an absolute joke. Not once, but twice we’ve tried to use them through our home warranty service. First attempt to use them, for a simple water heater repair it was going to take 2 weeks to send someone out. Couldn’t wait that long. 2nd time, I submitted a ticket with our warranty company. They kept telling me we are sending messages to our techs, no return calls from the techs after 36 hours. Now, we have to pay out of pocket because of this poor customer service.
