Everything about our new HVAC experience with Coe was perfect. On the sales end last year, they were the only vendor who actually sat down in my kitchen and explained the various options (including more expensive option they said we really didn’t need). After one year, we had our first service and that was excellent as well. Lot’s of HVAC options in the Fort, but I highly recommend Coe.

Repair to my boiler was repaired pretty quick.
After the repair man left I noticed a drip coming from another area and called to see if person could return to fix the issue. I was informed someone would come but after a couple of days I called back and informed the man that no one had come or called back. He informed me that someone would be there in a couple of hours.
I was not happy about having to pay again for labor.

Our furnace went out on Friday before the holidays & we called everywhere to get a part for furnace no one would sell to an unlicensed contractor! So we waited till Monday & Trane only does wholesale but they gave us Poormans number & they made a special trip to get us part we needed! They really went above & beyond & now our furnace is fixed & just in time for it to get cold! Thanks Poormans!

$350 to install a $70 thermostat with less features than the existing one. Not even the same size so now touch up painting needed. Total rip-off, as far as the 100% service guarantee, I’ll be satisfied when you come get this overpriced thermostat. Just glad I won’t be using them to replace my AC unit next summer as I can only imagine how bad that would be overpriced.

ANNUAL AIR CONDITIONING CHECK-UP - Last year the service technician from Home Comfort came out to service my AC (I have the AC and furnace serviced yearly). That service call resulted in extensive damage and flooding in the living room area in my basement because the guy forgot to turn off the faucet on the side of the house. Home Comfort was gracious in cleaning up that mess and I am most grateful to them for doing that. This year (2023) a different service technician from Home Comfort came out again to service my AC. Not only did he not use the faucet I specifically asked him to use when cleaning the AC unit but he somehow ended up flooding my laundry room. To his credit he got rid of most of the water but unfortunately my sister and I had to do more mopping in the laundry room and at the base of the steps, had to wash the floor and take the runners and rug to the laundromat. VERY, VERY disappointed. I'm not sure what the problem is in servicing an air conditioner because there was no issue when they serviced the furnace.

The guys that we dealt with (Dallas, Dave, and Caleb) as well as the office staff ( Miranda), were always pleasant and professional! Each time they came out, they were quick and did quality work. We have had them complete a few large jobs and several smaller ones and all was done with our complete satisfaction! We won't hesitate to continue to call on them!

My well water pressure tank flooded my basement the day before Thanksgiving. I pumped my basement and picked up a new tank. Called these guys and they had the new one installed that day. They also had to change out some old pipes. They were super professional and polite. Will use them in the future.

This company is an absolute joke. Not once, but twice we’ve tried to use them through our home warranty service. First attempt to use them, for a simple water heater repair it was going to take 2 weeks to send someone out. Couldn’t wait that long. 2nd time, I submitted a ticket with our warranty company. They kept telling me we are sending messages to our techs, no return calls from the techs after 36 hours. Now, we have to pay out of pocket because of this poor customer service.
