They let us know every step of the way where they were in the process from the time they were traveling to our house to what exactly they were doing while here. I am blown away by Sheets and their professionalism and their commitment to caring for their customers. We had several companies come out, and I instantly had a good feeling about Sheets when I welcomed them into my home for the estimate. During the installation, they even went out of their way to fix some piping that was causing carbon monoxide leaks into my basement. With a 3 year old and a baby coming shortly I was incredibly thankful for them doing that free of charge. I cannot recommend Sheets enough!

Update: Got a reply from the owner to call the office and they were unwilling to make it right. So I will continue to discourage summers from my customers and friends. As well as all social media platforms.So had an issue with my furnace so got the maintenance plan($150) and had someone come out($59) and basically told me I needed a new furnace for $13k. So I got a second opinion the guy was like this port is blocked and he cleared that and it works now. Summers refunded me for their $59 tech but not the $154 tech that came out and did their job for them. Unless you want to buy a furnace it's not worth calling. They should have made they repair of the second guy right. Oh well I will post this on every site I can find and I work at a hardware store so I will tell people

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but then clarified they actually only sent in the dimensions of the holes they cut open. Jason keeps saying he will call me but never does, they won't give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
Find somewhere more trustworthy.
