I called during the middle of the heat wave and Mr Lynch came out that day and fixed my air conditioner. Amazing service and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for any repair or installation that you are contemplating.

Everything about our new HVAC experience with Coe was perfect. On the sales end last year, they were the only vendor who actually sat down in my kitchen and explained the various options (including more expensive option they said we really didn’t need). After one year, we had our first service and that was excellent as well. Lot’s of HVAC options in the Fort, but I highly recommend Coe.

They sent a tech to my house while I was at work. The technician said we needed a new part and they would get back with us on a price. Days later still no response so my wife called them back and they sent out a supervisor. The supervisor quoted around 700 dollars to my wife. We decided to get a second opinion. Good thing. I dont know if they just mis diagnosed the problem or were trying to take advantage of a woman but all I needed was a Thermostat. That second opinion saved me 600 dollars.

We had a leak in the copper water supply line to our fridge which was jostled by getting floors replaced. I called and Gregg came out within 20 minutes, confirmed what was wrong, replaced the rigid supply line with a flexible one and had everything cleaned up in under an hour. Solved our problem in an emergency and it cost less than $200. I’m THRILLED.

Maybe a bit pricey starting out but excellent top drawer service. I think it is appropriate to say quality is remembered long after price. Management assured everything was left in perfect condition. I would recommend them highly.

Power Surg when a tree fell on Power line. Gerald was fantastic in changing out mother board and Surg protectors in a timely and professional maner. Explained everything so I could understand it better. Awesome job!!!!

These guys are currently here in the middle of a job & are tirelessly working to repair a slab leak-multiple leaks actually. And it’s not goin well for them due to the way our house was built. But they are very professional, knowledgeable, on time, clean and respectful of our home. We have 4 parrots and a German shepherd. And the noise level is making it difficult for them to pinpoint the sounds.. But they are great & I would absolutely recommend this company!! And I hope that from here on out they have better luck on the rest of our house searching for the leaks.. A+ MAN ..

Our AC quit working at our house on a Friday night. I called the 24-hour service number and Kegan showed up at our house within the hour. We have a geothermal and I guess it's set up is a bit unusual. Kegan did an amazing job, he was super friendly and didn't give up until he got us up and running again. I highly recommend Poor man's Heating and Air! Outstanding service and affordable.

I received quotes from probably 8-10 highly rated and reviewed businesses in Fort Wayne and these guys were absolutely the best deal and it wasn’t even close. They gave me a quote for a two stage furnace (others were offering a one stage) and a AC unit for less than what the competition quoted me for a single stage furnace and ac unit. They also gave me a 4 year 0% financing while the other companies were trying to push me into a 10 year 10-13% interest rate. These guys were top notch, not pushy, and all around super easy to deal with. Always get multiple quotes but make sure these guys are one of the quotes you get because I’m confident they’ll give you a way better deal.

Great service from Rolf Griffin. Had a furnace and AC installed with them a few years ago and have had nothing from great communication and service from them since the install. Recently had cleaning, servicing, and discharge pump installed on the unit by a great crew. Chuck 409, Devon M, and Ryan C all come to the house and did a great job! Super friendly, helpful, and efficient! What a great crew!

The Summers team has taken care of our heating, cooling, and plumbing needs for several years. They also provided excavation service for the extension of our sump pump discharge pipe. The front desk staff is pleasant and a delight to work with. The technicians are friendly, on time, and professional. Summers does a great job at a fair price, and we would certainly recommend them.

This company was to do a repair for my home warranty company. They never called to schedule an appointment within the required timeframe of 24 hours. They finally left a message after 9pm. They never answer the phone when I tried calling back several times or when my warranty company tried calling. When the warranty company finally talked to them they LIED and said I had cancelled the service call. I will never use this company and I will be telling everyone I know not to use them!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
