Very nice guys. Answered all our questions and were very thorough. They allowed us to watch and gave up peace of mind.

A gentleman named Jacob showed up to fix my furnace. He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I would ask questions at times and he would explain what he was doing. I appreciated his work and professionalism. I would highly recommend him to everyone. In the future for other services or maintences I will them again given they send Jacob. We found ourselves in a pickle when it was 95 degrees and our A/C went out on a Friday night. After a long wait to get a service tech to our house, we found out that we needed a new AC unit. We were quoted anywhere from $10k-$20k from other vendors. Eventually, our friends recommended John at MJM. We talked on the phone and he offered to come out that evening to look over what we had. He talked with me for almost an hour, explaining the differences in systems, what we need, what we don't need, options available and also suggested waiting until after Labor day when more incentives and rebates are available. We just had our new Furnace and AC installed for far less than any other HVAC company could offer. The service/install team was amazing. Super fast, but detailed. They didn't make much of a mess, but cleaned everything up and left everything looking great and most importantly we have a super efficient system for 1/2 the cost of the other guys. John and team were great and best of all, I now have a HVAC company that I can trust and rely on for any future needs. Highly recommend giving MJM a call to help with any HVAC or plumbing needs.

I can't say enough about the service!!! Austin C. explained everything about what the unit needed, informed me about cleaning the unit yearly, and the benefits of this. I've used two different companies for my yearly upkeep for my HVAC and this was the first time a technician actually showed me and did the work needed! Never going back to the other companies!!!!

Was paired with Derheimer from my home warranty company. Bruce answered my calls or gave me a call back and was polite and honest every time. The tech came and fixed the blower motor on our furnace. Took him only about an hour and he was very friendly. Great experience and would use them in the future.
