House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

Experts on plumbing systems from old pre-war to new systems and equipment. Flexible and understanding people. Waited for me before closing the shop to make sure I had what I needed so I wouldn't spend the weekend not being able to shower and, more than that, show me an easy way fix an issue.

Great communication with the girl who answered phone. I thought I was having a great experience with my technician. He told me he was cleaning it or the maintained for $89. I'm not sure what he did but I paid $75 for his knowledge? And than $65 trip charge. When I said I couldn't afford more than $200 he was done and stopped working on my furnace. I'm pretty sure I paid your technician to look at my furnace. So now I get pay an additional $90 to someone to actually clean it since I thought that's what I was paying your technician for. I won't be using you again when I do replace my furnace. Josh called said he was going to make things right but never returned our calls. We won't be using them again.

Our furnace went out on Friday before the holidays & we called everywhere to get a part for furnace no one would sell to an unlicensed contractor! So we waited till Monday & Trane only does wholesale but they gave us Poormans number & they made a special trip to get us part we needed! They really went above & beyond & now our furnace is fixed & just in time for it to get cold! Thanks Poormans!

Maybe a bit pricey starting out but excellent top drawer service. I think it is appropriate to say quality is remembered long after price. Management assured everything was left in perfect condition. I would recommend them highly.

When I called to schedule, I was told that there would be a $314.95 trip charge , but that once I accepted and signed the contract, that amount would be deducted from the cost of the work done . The tech showed up and said that there was nothing he could do to help me, and suggested that I call a sewer and well drilling company.I called the office to ask for a reduction in the trip charge since I totally expected that the problem would be fixed , and that $314.95 would be part of the cost. And I still needed to hire someone else. Roto Rooter refused to negotiate with me. I learned another expensive lesson the hard way.

Had the Drain Doc out for a clogged tub. They were able to come in the evening to ensure we were back to normal for our night time/morning routines. Incredibly helpful, responsive and even taught me a little about the system and how it works so that I could identify/avoid problems in the future. Would absolutely recommend for any of the services they offer. Customer service was second to none!
