Best Emergency Service in Fort Wayne IN

House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

My furnace fan blower motor went out Saturday night, and I called at 7am Sunday morning. The technician showed up shortly after and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and I appreciate him being considerate of his time spent on the work in order to keep the cost low. I feel like like most would take advantage of the weekend/abnormal hours rate.

I called MJM Mechanical to do a furnace maintenance on my home furnace. I spoke with Liz from the office and she gave me the relevant information including price and what would be done and we decided to move our service over to them from our previous company. When the tech come out, he informed me that the previous company we had been using in Columbia City was not even doing the maintenance on our furnace and air conditioner. We was paying them almost twice what we paid MJM to do nothing and yet MJM came out, serviced the furnace for half the cost of the prior company and was nothing short of honest, up front and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this company for your heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical needs. Brandon came out as my tech, and he is absolutely wonderful to work with and he would be highly recommended also.

Absolute great customer service, called and with in an hour they came out and cleaned out my blocked sewer drain! Was on a Sunday and also had the best price in town! Will be my first call from now on when I need any sewer work done. Very satisfied customer!

Have a 3 year old Trane furnace that froze up twice in the winter. The installing contractors were unable to determine cause, and didn't want to pursue. The guys at Sheets came out and fixed some shoddy installation work. I will use Sheets for all of my future HVAC and plumbing needs.

My experience with the plumber from the Ft.Wayne store was very good.

3 stars because they were not able to unclog the drain, and because I specifically mentioned to the woman taking calls that I would need a camera to see what the clog in my drain was, but they don't have a camera.

The actual service guy was great. On time, listened as I told him what the problem was, and didn't try to do unnecessary work. He unfortunately doesn't have a camera so couldn't fix the clogged drain.

My review is mixed as I would use them again, just not for difficult plumbing jobs.

My main feed back would be to train the person answering the phone on what types of service your company can actually do regarding plumbing. It would have been nice if she would have told me you guys don't have camera equipment. I could have just called a different plumber.
