House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

North Side Plumbing came to replace a shower head and a bathroom sink faucet. We provided the fixtures, so the bill was only labor and came to $2,200. They sent two plumbers, who billed at $160 each. One of the plumbers was clearly an apprentice and repeatedly asked questions about how to do his job. Having the second plumber undoubtedly prolonged the job, and we paid twice as much for the privilege. We did not call North Side Plumbing when we had to have a third faucet replaced and we likely won't ever call them again.

I've had to use poormans twice recently both times I've had a hvac service technician out the same day. They both did a good job. They answered all my questions and were friendly.

I contacted Gene's to come look at a drainage issue. After a guy came to my house and working with my insurance company, I asked them to give me a quote on installing a water line to replace my well due the plumbing issue(step 1 of the problem). Moving forward and after agreed verbal work including Fred telling me Monday you will have fresh water, Monday came and hour later said the company didn't have the permits and couldn't complete the job. One would think the company would know what they could do or what not. So after refusing to pay for services rendered but not accurate quoted, the owner Michael actually texted me several threats to : have by water turned off, send a crew to remove his equipment if I didn't pay right away, all illegal. Funny thing is no one that actually works for Gene's was ever on the project, just a sub Gene's apparently hired out. Stay away because the bottom line is the owner Michael will try to bully you or threaten you if you question them. I asked questions prior and was told they would look into it, never did. Customer must not be right because they never tried to settle this, only threatened me and assumed their sub was correct and now he is taking me to court for refusal to pay. Keep in mind, no one from Gene's ever was at my property and while all this was happening, apparently Michael was out of town. I had to hire another company to finish what they said they could do but couldn't. Oh and if Gene's responds: why would I or anyone hire Gene's to do a partial job, and then hire another company to finish the job when there are other companies that could have done the entire job was my question to Michael, why would I hire Gene's to do a partial job only to have to hire someone else to finish? Look at how they left my yard, beware!!!

Highly recommend!! The wife and I had them install a water heater on 7/22/19. The technician was professional, really nice, high quality work, explained everything really well, and very fair with pricing. We’ll be using them for all our future plumbing, heating, and AC work.

Wonderful company to work with. Their customer service is fantastic and they are very thorough. They don't cut corners and get the job done very well and in the most economical way possible. We will definitely be working with them again in the future.

My daughter's house had a sewer backup issue in the basement and Roto-Rooter was very prompt, working our call in ahead of schedule. Receptionists Jolene and Nicole were very expedient and helpful. Technician Rob was excellent in quickly diagnosing that the issue was not in our line, but in the line along our street leading out to the main. It was an issue with a public sewer line, but the problem was that our line was not on the city blueprint for some reason, and therefore considered private initially. We and at least 3 other neighbors having this same issue feared we were collectively facing thousands of dollars to get it fixed ourselves. Roto-Rooter worked diligently with the City Sewer Department to get this issue fixed in a timely manner, far beyond our expectations! John E at Roto-Rooter was excellent in working with the City and with all of us to get this resolved. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter! A++

Austin G and Jordan came by for what I thought was going to be a really horrible and expensive repair on a Sunday and did an AMAZING job and relieved all the anxiety I had. The prices were stellar, and the customer service was A+. They had the problem solved within 30 minutes of arriving. This is the second time we have called Rolf Griffin, and will absolutely do it again if we ever need someone.

Israel came out to check a leak in a water supply shut off valve. I thought it would have to be replaced but he was able to tighten the shut off and that stopped the leak. Simple fix to this problem. Very pleased with the experience. Thank you again Isreal.
