Everything about our new HVAC experience with Coe was perfect. On the sales end last year, they were the only vendor who actually sat down in my kitchen and explained the various options (including more expensive option they said we really didn’t need). After one year, we had our first service and that was excellent as well. Lot’s of HVAC options in the Fort, but I highly recommend Coe.

We had a problem with our furnace that needed to be diagnosed and corrected. Two of our children had expressed very good service and experiences with Northeast Mechanical. I gave them a call and promptly scheduled a service call. Tom showed up on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was personable, professional, and offered appreciated comments about our system and possible maintenance options. We plan on using Northeastern for future assistance with our HVAC system.

This company is a life saver in the winter time. It's relieving to know that they ensure 24/7 support in the winter months, and as close to immediate response as possible. Definitely recommend.

Had water heater and gas line installed, no issues and they were fast and knowledgeable. Will call them again if I need a plumber.

Our hot water heater burst, and Borchelt was able to send out plumbers right away to help diagnose the problem and install a new water heater. They were incredibly kind and professional, and I will definitely be calling them again in the future for any plumbing repairs!

I’ve used them several times now and every time they are extremely professional. To date every project or repair I’ve called for has been fixed correctly and has not needed a follow up or return trip. Highly recommended

My AC compressor went out on Memorial Day which also happened to be the hottest day of the year. I didn't contact Korte until almost 6pm. Leo still made it to my house at 10pm after working 14hrs today! Very professional and friendly. I paid the holiday after hours price but it was worth it.

The tech wore a mask, gloves and boot covers. VERY polite and efficient. A 4 star vs 5 star was due to the charge. $144 to tighten a screw!
