Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

I contacted Gene's to come look at a drainage issue. After a guy came to my house and working with my insurance company, I asked them to give me a quote on installing a water line to replace my well due the plumbing issue(step 1 of the problem). Moving forward and after agreed verbal work including Fred telling me Monday you will have fresh water, Monday came and hour later said the company didn't have the permits and couldn't complete the job. One would think the company would know what they could do or what not. So after refusing to pay for services rendered but not accurate quoted, the owner Michael actually texted me several threats to : have by water turned off, send a crew to remove his equipment if I didn't pay right away, all illegal. Funny thing is no one that actually works for Gene's was ever on the project, just a sub Gene's apparently hired out. Stay away because the bottom line is the owner Michael will try to bully you or threaten you if you question them. I asked questions prior and was told they would look into it, never did. Customer must not be right because they never tried to settle this, only threatened me and assumed their sub was correct and now he is taking me to court for refusal to pay. Keep in mind, no one from Gene's ever was at my property and while all this was happening, apparently Michael was out of town. I had to hire another company to finish what they said they could do but couldn't. Oh and if Gene's responds: why would I or anyone hire Gene's to do a partial job, and then hire another company to finish the job when there are other companies that could have done the entire job was my question to Michael, why would I hire Gene's to do a partial job only to have to hire someone else to finish? Look at how they left my yard, beware!!!

Had Mark come and fix my heat pump. He had it figured out and back working in no time. I've had Mark work on stuff before when he was with other companies he worked for. He knows his stuff and works very hard at finding and fixing the problem and has a solution in no time. A Hattersley & Sons should be very thankful and proud to have such a great worker and person on their team! Highly recommended Mark for anything you have an issue with.

Had a very frustrating clogged drain. Called Rotor rooter and they sent James out in a very timely fashion. James worked very hard to get the drain open and running clearly. We are pleased with the results. Thank you!

As a single momi obviously have no idea what's going on with my drains so when I had an issue I panicked it was 3am and the toilet was overflowing. I got a gas dryer and found that the gas connection in the house wouldn't fit the fittings that came with the dryer. The technician reran the supply pipe and connected the dryer. Did a great job for a great price.

I had been dealing with this business for a couple weeks when we had back up. When we were put on the schedule, they didn't show up until after closing hours each time and we had to stay over. The workers that showed up for the job thought that we might have a main line issue and were quoting us on clearing all lines. When I called again to have services done again and to find out about quoting, my calls were ignored and the lady told me she was blocking me and hung up. This is a terrible way to conduct business. Yes, their rates are hard to beat, but that's if you can deal with the horrible customer service and communication.
