Best Cooling Split System in Fort Wayne IN

My furnace fan blower motor went out Saturday night, and I called at 7am Sunday morning. The technician showed up shortly after and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and I appreciate him being considerate of his time spent on the work in order to keep the cost low. I feel like like most would take advantage of the weekend/abnormal hours rate.

Absolutely love josh and all the help he provided. He is definitely a great employee of yours and will definitely have him out to the house again if we need him.

A gentleman named Jacob showed up to fix my furnace. He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I would ask questions at times and he would explain what he was doing. I appreciated his work and professionalism. I would highly recommend him to everyone. In the future for other services or maintences I will them again given they send Jacob. Thank you again for your hard work!

I just cannot say enough about this company! Had a very bad experience with another company when we needed a repair on our boiler. We will never call anyone again except Poorman's!!! Poor quality, over priced, unproductive and unproffesonial. Paid about 4000 to get stuff fixed, just for the workers to be unprofessional than found out that they charged me way over the original price. Would not recommend to friends or family...still having problems with my circuits they so called fixed. If anything, I believe they purposely messed things up even more
