Everything about our new HVAC experience with Coe was perfect. On the sales end last year, they were the only vendor who actually sat down in my kitchen and explained the various options (including more expensive option they said we really didn’t need). After one year, we had our first service and that was excellent as well. Lot’s of HVAC options in the Fort, but I highly recommend Coe.

I have always been pleased with the service provided by Poormans. And yesterday we received service from their technician, Bremen S, that went above and beyond all expectations. He arrived promptly and cheerfully for probably the most dreaded of service calls…a decomposing animal (turned out to be 2!) in the furnace intake. He cleaned things up thoroughly and without any complaints. We’re very grateful and want to thank him again and publicly.

I had my annual service done for my air conditioning today. Jessie and Mike did a great job cleaning condenser and servicing the entire unit including adding a pound of refrigerant. Thank you very much for continually doing respectable work!
